The credits rolled in concluding the first film. Small chatters carried on around the living room. Luke had went to get tarts for me.

All I needed was a sugar rush to keep me going all night. I peeked inside the kitchen from my spot. Luke was taking extra time. Before I could protest, a shattering shrill caused me to cover my ears. In no time Adam was hovering over me, forcing my head down towards his chest. But the force caused me to fall on my side, near the shattered glass window. A prickling pain shot through my arm as my heart raced at the sight of the gun Adam used to shoot towards the broken glass doors.

I turned to look at Grace who was crouched beside sofa, Alex was sheilding Rosaleigh in a careful way while she clung to him like a second skin.

In no time shots rung at the ceiling lights, darkness covering over us. Luke too had a gun
