Hela's POV

I checked on my human. She would get used to this one day, but not today. I couldn't do that to her twice in one day, and this one would be a hell of a lot worse than that stupid Alpha this morning. He deserved what he got. I felt my mate take my hand and I turned to see Zeus. I purred at him and he chuckled darkly. Once this was over, we would be going for a run. Just the two of us, I needed my mate. Kari had hers, it was my turn.

"Behave back there, now is not the time." I heard Reuben say as we drove up to the pack house. The sight before me filled me with rage. a pile of dead bodies lay on the ground and four more were on their knees waiting to lose their heads. I saw my father in law sat with his disgusting daughter overseeing the slaughter. Before the car had even stopped I opened the door and I was out of the car. I raised my hand and vines shot out and wrapped around the four warriors about to cut the heads off four Omega's. I walked forward, my eyes glowing purple,

Kari's POV 350 Years later. I watched over my brood as the Ceremony for my Great Great Great Grandchild and his new mate was completed. They would be taking over the Kingdom from their Mother and Father soon. It was time. It was time for me to move on to my next task. I have had an enjoyable life, but having lost all those close to me other than my children, I was ready to leave the Earth, and the Moon Goddess was ready for me as well. I felt a gaze on me and saw my eldest looking at me from where I stood on the balcony over the ballroom. He had a look like he knew something was a miss. I smiled at him. My Grand parents had both passed away when I was 150. They had both decided it was time for them to join my mother, and I knew they were happy to be there with them all. My father and my mama passion on when i was 300. and over the next hundred years i slowly lost my siblings, and finally Grant left me not more than a year ago, loosing your mate is horrendous, and it took the support

  • The Nordic Wolves - The Missing Princess   Epilogue Two - The Pups fifth Birthday

Kari's POvThe pups were all in bed, although it had taken us ages to get them to sleep, as they were all excited about the fact it was their birthday tomorrow and all their friends and our families would be here to celebrate with them. When they had finally gone to sleep, we left them under the care of Olga, their Nanny, and went down to the ballroom which had been transformed. The room had been split into six, with each of their favourite things decorating the area. Matthew was a fan of all things stars and space, so the wall was covered in glow-in-the-dark stars, and hanging from the ceiling were the planets, the sun and the moon surrounded by strings of lights with stars hanging from them. Julian loved the zoo, so his area had been decorated like a safari where there were cuddly toys of wild animals all over the area and a little petting zoo in the corner where in the morning there would be a number of different pets for the children to hold. We also had someone from the zoo was jo

  • The Nordic Wolves - The Missing Princess   Epilogue One - The Coronation

Kari's POVTwo Years LaterToday was the day I had fought with my Grandfather over this, telling him I was nowhere near ready to take over from him, but he was adamant. He was standing down and I would be taking over. To think, four years ago I had no idea that a supernatural world existed. Now I was about to become the Queen of the Werewolf Kingdom.I stared at the ceiling as I lay in my bed, my husband and mate snoring peacefully beside me, his arm lay across my stomach. I heard him snort and felt him lift his head."Little moon?" He asked sleepily. I turned my head and smiled at him. He yawned and looked at his watch. "Have you slept at all?""No," I sighed."You are going to make one hell of a Queen, my love." He said, not losing eye contact with me. I let out a long breath. "You have a good team behind you."We had decided to take on our own teams, although we would all work together. He would keep Reuben and Magnus and the King's Beta's and Claire and Chloe would be known as the

  • The Nordic Wolves - The Missing Princess   Chapter Eighty Seven - The Reception

Grant's POVI held out a hand for Kari to take so I could help her out of the carriage. We had arrived back outside of the palace and were about to return to our guests for our reception. We had spent half an hour touring the town, thousands of wolves had come out to celebrate our wedding and see us as we passed through. I couldn't believe the support we had. I also couldn't believe how my life had turned out. I was now the Alpha of a region of the werewolf Kingdom, and I was the next King. I had never been power hungry like most Alpha's, much to my father's disappointment. I loved my pack and the idea of being the Alpha was close to my heart and I had always wanted to do my best job and protect my pack and be the Alpha they needed. I never in my wildest dreams expected I would one day be running the whole werewolf kingdom. The thing I least expected was that this amazing, beautiful woman would be my mate. The Moon Goddess had sent me a literal Goddess and I owed her my life.As she t

Kari's POV I had a sudden feeling that I was being watched. Opening my eyes, my eyes locked instantly with a pair of bright blue ones, a giggle escaped the owner of those eyes. "Good morning Heather." I smiled at the little munchkin. "Heather." Came Ingrid's voice. "Aunty Kari needs her sleep." "It's OK Ingrid, I'm awake." I chuckled, pulling the little girl into a tight hug, and making her giggle. I tickled her to extract her hysterical laughter. Ingrid smiled at me. "Are you all ready for today?" Ingrid asked as she sat on the bed. "Huh?" I asked, my sleep-addled brain not catching up. Kari snickered in my head. "You're getting married." I looked at her a moment before what she said sunk in. "Oh sugar," I muttered. "How did I forget that? What time is it?" "It's six thirty." Ingrid chuckled. "You have plenty of time. I was going to let you sleep for a few more hours, but apparently, my daughter had other ideas." "It was a lovely way to be woken up. I have missed my little m

  • The Nordic Wolves - The Missing Princess   Chapter Eighty Five - The Wedding Eve

Three months Later.Kari's POVI sat on the rocking chair in the nursery feeding our twin daughters, Astra Eliza and Carita Merida. Claire and Chloe were sitting in the other two with their own pups. Claire and Reuben had their little heir, Maximus. He was four weeks older than my twins and Chloe and Magnus had a little girl called Eevi. I was so glad we had all had our pups at the same time, they would be able to grow up together. Joshua was sitting at my feet whilst my other five pups ran around causing havoc, their nannies trying to settle them. Joshua was still my little shadow, but I loved how attached he was to me. He flipped through the book he had in his hands, but I didn't have the heart to tell my youngest boy that it was upside down."Last day before the wedding," Chloe spoke up. I looked from where my girls were greedily attached to a breast each to see Chloe burping Eevi."I'd say it was your last day of being a free woman, but that happened the day he first marked you."
