I smiled at the other Alphas, making a mental note of everyone I’d shaken hands with. Was there anyone I’d missed? I couldn’t afford to offend anyone accidentally at this time. Ah, right. I hadn’t thanked Quinn for his support. Not that he’d given it—but I supposed him staying quiet rather than jumping up and down screaming that Ruby was a demon was as much support as we could expect from someone like him.
