How can something like this happen to her? She did nothing wrong. Being an omega isn’t a crime, and it doesn’t justify what has been done to her.
I want her to be safe.
As I look at the girl’s beaten and bruised face, I can’t hold back the tears anymore. The pain she has gone through just because she is an omega is terrible and wrong. No one, regardless of them being an omega, should ever have to go through something like this. Absolutely no one.
Tears begin to roll down my face. The pain not only in my chest but throughout my entire is too much. I don’t have to look into her mind, because I can physically feel her pain. That is one aspect of being a healer that I’m still grappling to understand and control.

I don’t know what to say. I’m still trying to absorb and fully understand everything that I have learned today. I thought the threat of a werewolf war is something too big and nearly impossible, but after being here, I quickly find out that isn’t true.
