Just because we were both very bored and wanted to enjoy each other’s company, we had agreed to go on a walk together and here we were, walking hand in hand by the shore of the beach without exchanging any words. I just couldn’t get over the sparks that flowed through me from my hand being connected to mine. It felt so strange that we were normalizing these things, when in reality, it wasn’t normal. The party was such a big deal for the pack members and many werewolves. It was an annual couples' party hosted in different packs each year that most werewolves looked forward to.
