One Hundred and Fourteen

The preparations for the ceremony happened sooner than I could imagine. We decided that the venue was going to be towards the lake so the moon’s reflection could be even more perfect in the water.

Chloe had done my makeup, and of course, she made me look like a goddess.

My wedding dress was a dark wine velvet gown that was floor sweeping and had spaghetti straps with a wine corset on my waistline. I didn’t know how Choice had managed to get it on such short notice, but it was my perfect size and I loved it.

It was only a few minutes till 12AM, so Dad had come to pick me up.

“You look extremely beautiful. I never thought I’d see this day, but I’m glad I’m privileged to see my daughter’s wedding ceremony.” He had a proud smile on and hugged me, planting a fatherly kiss on my forehead. “I love you and I’m glad we got to see the real light before it was too late.”
