The turning of events made Sam worried about how the trial would end. She could not imagine that Kelly would use that means as an alibi passing the burden to her.
Kelly successfully put an act and showed evidence to prove that she’s saying the truth. While the lawyer ensures that her testimony would be sufficiently credible to substantiate her innocence.
Suddenly, the prosecutor objected. “Objection your Honor. That evidence lacks foundation and irrelevant with the case.” He believed that a mere photo is not sufficient to testify facts that Kelly and Sam were friends.
“Objection overruled. Continue.” The judge did not grant the objection. She concluded that the relationship between the victim and the defendant is significant in hearing the case although the photo lacks foundation.
