Harvey felt relieved when he learned that Sam was safe. However, his condition became worst after his heart attack as it resulted in a complication called arrhythmia or irregular heart rhythm. His heart’s natural electrical rhythm has been damaged.

His doctor suggested placing an implantable cardioverter defibrillator into his chest or atrial fibrillation ablation to restore a normal heartbeat since his heart developed a rhythm that’s life threatening or if worst comes to worst, to undergo a heart transplant.

Consequently, Harvey confessed to Charles and Mrs. Wilson that he has heart disease that was diagnosed early last year when he suffered from chest pain. It turned out that he inherited it from his father who died due to the said disease.
