تسجيل الدخولOdett has always known she was different. Born of both vampire and wolf blood and raised by the Alpha King and Queen, she has spent years preparing for the day she will lead a pack of her own. Now, with the end of the supernatural academy finally in sight, her future should be closer than ever. Instead, something is hunting the supernatural world. Entire communities are being slaughtered. Children are disappearing. One survivor is left behind after every attack, and the clues seem almost too perfect. As fear spreads and old prejudices threaten the fragile peace between species, Odett begins having nightmares of places she has never seen—only for pieces of those dreams to start appearing in the real world. Then there is Sam. He disappeared from her life years ago without explaining why. Now the growing danger is pulling their paths together again, and Odett is no longer the little girl he left behind. With her vampire blood growing stronger, her wolf becoming restless, and a mate bond she never expected beginning to reveal itself, Odett is being drawn into a mystery far bigger than anyone realizes. The Orphaned Alpha is a werewolf and vampire fantasy romance filled with fated mates, supernatural mystery, royal werewolves, powerful hybrids, magic, pack bonds, found family, supernatural academy life, and a strong female lead discovering what it truly means to become an Alpha. Something is coming. And somehow, it all leads back to Odett.
عرض المزيدZion’s POV “That is what we are arranging,” I assured her with quiet respect. “But the reports made you think there may eventually be more people who want somewhere else to go,” Joshy concluded thoughtfully. “Yes,” I admitted. “I wanted land ready before need became an emergency.” Odett unfolded the first map but did not study the marked properties. She turned it over and placed the blank side across her knees. Then she asked Joshy for a pen. “If we are discussing what the pack needs, I want to start with what it is for,” she said. “What do you believe it is for?” I asked carefully. “Somewhere hybrids can choose to live, without being sent there because their own packs don’t understand them,” Odett said. “It should protect people without requiring them to abandon the families they already have.” Joshy wrote choice at the top of the blank map. Beneath it, he added connection to existing families, equal laws, and support beyond pack boundaries. The first plan for Odett’s
Zion’s POV Rain made me fold the maps and collect the inspection orders before she sent for Odett. She did not want our daughter to enter my office and see her future spread across the desk as though we had already decided it. The eastern tract bore a line through it in my handwriting. I had no defense worth making. Orian remained in the room because he had helped create the problem. Jess joined us after Rain learned he had already asked her which training grounds a hybrid pack might need. She entered with the expression of someone delighted to discover that two men had been caught planning beyond their authority. “I answered a general question,” Jess defended with cheerful innocence. “You recommended three combat fields and an underground shelter,” Rain replied. “Those are generally useful,” Jess insisted without shame. “You are not helping,” Orian muttered with weary affection. Jess and Orian argued as they always did, and I was grateful for the familiar noise. But a c
Zion’s POV “You said no purchase until she understands the options,” Orian replied. “You did not say we would ask whether she wants us gathering options.” “She cannot evaluate land she has never seen,” I argued defensively. “True,” he warned. “She also cannot tell us what matters to her if we decide the requirements first.” I leaned back and looked at the list I had created. Water, roads, defenses, healers, distance, farmland, and wards were reasonable needs. Not one line asked whether Odett wanted forest, open fields, a nearby town, an old settlement, or untouched land she could shape herself. The omission irritated me because Orian was right. It did not stop me from adding the southern river tract to the inspection list. Gathering information still felt harmless when compared with leaving her nothing. Orian and I drove to the eastern tract that afternoon in a patrol SUV, officially to inspect a damaged boundary marker. The crown owned the land, so we needed no excuse. I
Zion’s POV Orian spread three maps across my desk before the morning council had cleared the room. Red circles enclosed established packs, blue lines followed roads and rivers, and black squares marked settlements that might be rebuilt. The unclaimed spaces looked generous until we measured what a new pack would need. Sam’s sealed departure notice rested beneath the corner of the western map. His team had finally left Edric’s territory, although weather and the longer route kept him from promising an arrival date. Knowing he was moving south eased one concern without changing the work waiting in front of me. “The western tract is large enough, but the nearest healer is almost a day away during winter,” Orian explained. “The eastern tract is closer to the Academy and two trade roads,” I replied while studying its boundary. “It is also close enough that you could stand on the castle roof and supervise breakfast,” Orian warned. I looked at Orian until he stopped smiling. The
