Havermouth, Present Time

Logan returned late into the night and dismissed Lark, before undressing the darkness and sliding into the bed behind Meguitte. His hand stroked up under her top, cupping her breast as he cupped her body in his and kissed along the line of her shoulder.

“Meg,” he murmured. “Are you awake?”

It was tempting to play at sleep, but she knew that he wouldn’t believe her, and doing so would betray just how furious she was with him. If he suspected the depth of her anger, he would never trust her enough to relax the guard around her.

“No.”

He sat up in the darkness and took off the key that he wore around his neck, releasing the cuff around one of her wrists, and those around her ankles. She rolled onto her back, well used to the routine, and he opened the buttons down the bodice of her dress to reveal her breasts, her nipples pebbling beneath the caress of his fingers.

Did he touch them like that? The other women? The thought popped into her mind, and the grief of it

Really, he messed up. He should have waited to imprison her once she found a cure for him. There's no way she'll do it now. I'm glad, too.

He F*ed her even though she was crying the whole time and then said she needs to realize what she means to him! Disgusting.

Reading this made me want to vomit. This is different from Aislen and the boys. They did terrible things out of fear and desperation, and they didn't realize what they were doing was wrong. Sparrow is doing this despite knowing it is wrong, and because he is selfish and too weak to let her go
