After telling Dynasty the whole dreadful story of what happened to him that night, and how he got shot and managed to escape, Victor paused as his heart became heavy. “I’m sorry in my delirium that I attacked you. I feel awful about that, and that I didn’t recognize you.”

Dynasty nodded. “It’s okay, I know you wouldn’t deliberately hurt me.” She expressed mixed emotions about everything she had just heard.

It was a shock to hear all of it, and devastating for him, if he recalls all the events. Deep in her heart, she felt like he was being forthcoming. She remembered his words from that night he attacked her before he collapsed, and the story matches. Dynasty's inherent nature wanted to help him if she could. Right now, all she could do was try to keep him safe. It was too late to doubt him now; he was her husband for better or worse. Besides, her heart had already claimed him and fallen in love.
