Marie’s thoughts were still on her aunt’s case. During her vacation, she secretly reviewed the messages her Aunt Shiela sent to her from the very first day that she arrived in Denmark.

After her prayer, she thought of something.

"Wait. There was no way I could ask about their history." As Marie read, she sat with a frown on her face as she scanned the pictures.

It was Friday night after Mary had completed her Danish language training. She received a video call from Ralph.

“Hej, Ms. Sieran.”

“Hahaha. If I didn’t know you, I must say that you are Danish. You perfectly hit the accent.”

“Really?”

“By the way, I heard that all of you stayed in New York. Have you all applied for a working permit?

“Yeah. Four of us are already a contractual teachers at Manhattan High School.”
