Angry Xander gone missing

 

He wasn’t at our usual table in the cafeteria. In fact, he wasn’t even in the cafeteria. And no one knew where he was. It was like he just disappeared.

I didn’t know if I was relieved or worried or angry. I don’t think I wanted to know where he was but at the same time, I wanted to find him and make him talk to me.

“So, what happened? Where is your hoodie from this morning?” Liam asked me when I sat down with my tray.

“Damien made me take it off.” I pouted.

“Thank god! I was starting to sweat only by looking at it!” Liam exaggerated. I squinted my eyes as I stuck my tongue out at him.

Honestly speaking, it was very uncomfortable to wear an oversized hoodie on a hot summer day but I needed something to hide my face if I ever ran into Xander in the hallway.

“What is happening though? First, Xander roams around the whole school, searching for you and now you are asking about his whereabouts. Did something happen?” Kara spoke up.
