Epilogue

 

“Did he really bake all those cupcakes for you?” Kara asked with a giggle. I nodded my head with a smile.

“That is why I always told you to date him, honey.” My mother commented. I rolled my eyes at her.

“When you found out about what happened, you were about to go over to his house and kill him! You didn’t even let him come inside the house when he came to apologize to me!” I reminded my mother.

After my conversation with Xander, he did what he said he would do. He crossed every limit when it came to seeking forgiveness. He learnt how to bake cakes and cupcakes and I got a batch of the freshly baked goods almost daily. He even apologized to my parents.

Xander was always around in school but he still kept his distance. He apologized to Damien and Liam too for breaking their trust.
