Mag-log inBlair. I woke up to the smell of sweet breakfast, I got hit with the smell before I got out of bed, I was going on, and saw Aden coming in with the food. “Breakfast.”“You brought them in?” “You don’t want some?”“You know I do,” I whined, and reached out to grab the tray from his hand, and he was laughing by the door. I shot him a glare and he stopped laughing and threw his hands in the air. I started to eat while he went out of the room. He didn’t come back until I was done and I got a phone call from Nathan, he was asking how I was. And I wanted to ask if Aden needed support, I could get for him, but he said he didn’t want one. He left for the Pack house after he came to serve me breakfast, made sure I was up and then he left. “I don’t think I would even get to see you again at this rate. Blair..”“You don’t even want to come out of the house and you met with Grace just once, don’t you want to have a talk with her anymore?” “We don’t have anything else to say to each other.
Blair. I heard Aden drive in, and I wanted to go in, I waited for a few seconds before I started to come down the stairs and I saw him asking the maid about me, if I had eaten breakfast. I smiled and stood by the top of the stairs watching him. He sighed and looked tired when they told him I had already gone to my room. He was about to take the stairs when he saw me, I was coming back down. I saw the corner of his lips curl into a smile when he saw me. “You’re back,” I said. “I thought you were in your room already.” He replied and started to take the stairs, he stopped when he was close to me. “I came out because I know you’re going to be whining if I don’t.” I teased, and he laughed, shaking his head at me. “That’s not me.”“You were able to do that earlier. I saw you.” I muttered with my hands folded. He smiled and took another step. “But you’re here now.” “I want to quickly drop this and be right back, I hope we can have dinner together, even though you ate without me.
Kayda. It has been three days since I came back, I haven’t been able to go out, I kept myself locked in. Mom has been watchful and Dad will be home in a few minutes. What was going on?Why are they suddenly quiet? Why is nobody coming to get me, arrest me, or lock me up? I kept moving to and fro in my bedroom. Why wasn’t Blair saying anything? “When I saw her at the courthouse, she acted like she had no idea who she was, and they walked away with the Alpha.” Mom said. She was in the chair beside the bed. “I don’t know what to think of this.” She mumbled. The house has been tense after a couple of days, things haven't been going as slowly as they were. And Dad was even more distracted. Mom was in my room most of the time. “What is Blair going to do? Why are they quiet? I thought there would be soldiers outside by now, why is nothing happening?” I asked. Mom shook her head. “I don’t know what their plan is.” “That’s the scary part.” “Mom, I saw how Jordan died. He was in fro
Aden. I had a meeting with Carlos, and a few of the soldiers at the Pack house. Carlos was discharged from the hospital yesterday, and I thought he had enough rest already before we could proceed with the meeting. Blair said she wanted to take a walk, before I was leaving the house, and I let her. It wasn’t as if I could stop her, if she needed that to clear the thoughts off her head, I was ready to give her that. “We are going to Crestmoon Pack.” “Alpha Derrick already knows what happened, he should be expecting us at any moment, and then we can take him down and seize his pack and once we do, I want the soldiers to be all around the territory, and everyone has been on standby. He would be on the edge right now, not knowing when we will come. The plan is to go one after the other.” I said, and they nodded at me. “It's almost time for us to take that action.”“What about Morris?” Carlos asked. “Does he still exist?” I asked and Carlos chuckled lightly. “But we already know wha
Blair. “You got married, and you didn’t care to find out about your daughter, you didn’t do anything about me.” “I don’t know how I’m going to explain all of this, I’m sorry about everything, Blair.”“You said you came here ready to talk? Go ahead and tell me what you wanted to say, that’s what I want to know. Not this. I don’t want your apologies. I have been looking for that answer for so long, why?” There have been so many whys in my head, and I wanted to know the answers to the questions. The reason all of these happened, and why she chose not to say a word to me. “Why did you leave?”“You are right, Peter cheated on me. He was working when he met her, your stepmom.” I rolled my eyes. “She became pregnant and Peter couldn’t deny that he had slept with her, there was evidence that they were together, even then he would be on late-night calls with her, and forget you at school, or he would get to pick you up with her. I was working a shift so we were taking turns.” I listene
Blair. I slept with a smile on my face. I couldn’t lie that I had a good night out with Aden. We went for a late-night ride, while he played some music, and the covers of the car was opened, my hair danced to the wind, and a smile on my face the whole time. It was never the plan but I couldn’t take the smile off.I woke up late, my eyes opened around 11:14am. I knew it was going to be a lazy morning and I wanted to lie in bed. “Blair. Are you up?” Someone knocked on my door. I didn’t want to say anything and remained in bed. The knock came again, and I got up, I went to the door. “Aden?” I asked. “How are you?”“Did you have a good night?” I nodded to his question, but why did he come to wake me up? “Someone is here to see you.”I frowned when he said that. I didn’t want to see anyone today, I wanted to have some time alone. “Who is it?”“You’ve to come see them.” He stepped closer, and touched my face, “I wanted to take that off. Wash up, and you can come downstairs.”I fro
“Alpha Aden is my fiancé.” Kayda was in a stunning red dress, her long brown hair all over her shoulders, she was all smiles. I was standing behind her in a corner, most of her friends from college were there, guests invited by my parents, and a few relatives. Alpha Aden came closer, he was dress
“If you didn’t want me anymore, you should have told me, Morris.” The telephone rang, and Jasmine took it, the receptionist was calling to inform her that I was in the building. “It’s not what it seems like Blair.” He said, and his tone was sounding defensive. “Even last night, you were with her
I couldn’t feel anything even after mating with my husband, not even the warmth between my legs, or his touches. His kisses were bland, he acted like it was a duty he wanted to perform not because he wanted to make love to me. “Mr. Morris won’t be coming home tonight.”I skipped breakfast, and ha
“The engagement was a huge success!” Kayda twirled around the room, everyone was excited, she was going to be a bride to one of the richest Alphas in the country.“Someone tried to ruin it, I’m so glad nobody knew a lost pig was roaming about for attention, someone who couldn’t stay in her own marr
