“If you didn’t want me anymore, you should have told me, Morris.” The telephone rang, and Jasmine took it, the receptionist was calling to inform her that I was in the building. “It’s not what it seems like Blair.” He said, and his tone was sounding defensive. “Even last night, you were with her and you made her call me to tell me you won’t be home, Morris it was our anniversary!” Jasmine smacked her lips and looked the other way. I walked back to the door, and went out of the room, hoping he was going to come after me, but he didn’t.
