A day before our graduation defense, Jenny Shaw, my roommate and the belle of the campus, suddenly started a live stream.

As a popular influencer with over a million followers, her stream was instantly flooded with viewers.

[Jenny, my diva! You're back! You've been gone for half a month!]

"Half a month ago, my face suddenly started itching and swelling. It just kept getting worse until it became this! Even the doctors can't find out what the issue was."

A barrage of words of consolation and comfort poured in. Suddenly, someone asked in the comments.

[Could it be the skincare products you have been using every day? Jenny, could someone have tampered with it? Poison it?]

This instantly made Jenny freeze as her pupils constricted.

I knew she must be thinking of me.

After all, she was stealing my skincare products for the last four years!

When I first found out, I said nothing as I didn't want to cause a fallout with my roommate over such a trivial matter. But this only emboldened her.

She used more and more, even started putting on a fake wealthy persona, sharing her skincare routine daily.

Jenny used them as if she were painting walls, without the slightest bit of concern. This quickly gained her a wave of followers.

Once, after volunteering under the scorching sun, my face became severely allergic, peeling, and inflamed.

When I returned to the dorm to use my intensive repair cream, I found it completely gone, stolen by Jenny.

I had to endure a swollen face for an entire month, suffering endless ridicule.

When I confronted her, she mocked me instead.

"Do you think I'm afraid? I'm depressed! You'd better not upset me, or else I'll jump off a building!"
