Chapter 3

At ten o'clock, president Zoku came out of his room. For a moment, Lerina fell asleep; her boss had such a domineering aura; he was almost perfect as a man, and it seemed impossible that no woman would be attracted to him.

Lerina knew This third generation's young master Zoku was already thirty years old.

"How long are you going to stand there?"

Han's voice startled him; how could he think of someone near him, and who knows how long the man had been staring at him?

"Ah, y-yes president!" He gets nervous.

They were in the same elevator, and when they went down, many looked surprised; those who had already recognized Lerina thought she was on holiday, but she was with their CEO.

Bella, who just happened to come out of her room, also stared at Lerina with distaste. He had long wanted to be near the president but was not chosen to become a secretary, even though his position as head of the finance division was also excellent; being close to President Zoku was his dream for a long time. He clenched his fists. Mr Peng told her this morning about Lerina's move.

Han sat in the back, Lerina beside their driver. The car rolled towards the Cherrybell Restaurant. After one hour drive, they arrived at the place.

Laksa greeted them friendly. He shook Han's hand in a friendly manner.

"Welcome Mr. Han, I thought you would not be willing to accept my invitation, but when Mr. Peng contacted me, I was so honored." Laksa made small talk.

Han didn't say anything, not even smile, and Laksa already knew that.

"Oh, who is this beautiful Miss? Is she your new secretary, and Josephine where is she?" Laksa talks pleasantly, but his eyes are like Lerina's.

"I came to talk business, not hear pleasantries from you Mr. Laksa!" Han looked at him coldly. He said firmly and straightforwardly.

Laksa momentarily became nervous. He realized he was too excited. "F-alright, I'm sorry! Please, I've made a reservation!" he said then.

They went inside the particular VIP room. They took their places.

They chatted for half an hour. "I think that's clear enough, so I'll be going soon!" Han wants to resign.

"Sorry Mr. Han, if you are willing to have lunch together here, I have ordered the best menu here!" Laksa clasped his hands together. He is waiting for someone.

Han had been avoiding this lunch so much, but seeing Laksa, who was a little begging, he made himself discouraged from going.

Not long after, two maids came carrying a large trolley filled with various dishes. They bowed respectfully and then moved the food container to the VVIP guest table. After that, they withdrew.

"Please enjoy President!" Laksa allowed him.

"Dad! I hope I'm not too late! O ow, there's President Zoku here. I-I'm sorry!" He would then turn to leave.

"Catherine, wait!" Laksa called his daughter. Catrine smiled and then immediately turned around.

"Yes Father!" he replied. Her eyes glanced at Han Zoku, the cold, untouchable man she had wanted to marry a long time ago.

"Eat with us. Don't you have stomach acid, so it's not good to skip your meal!" Everything seemed to have been arranged, and Han understood that.

Han and Lerina weren't bothered; they continued to eat dishes they only ate a little of.

"F-all right, Father!" Catrine immediately took a seat. He deliberately took a position near Han.

Catrine is very passionate, but she keeps her image. He started taking his food. He glanced at Han's empty plate.

"President, do you want more? I can get it for you!" He offered it gladly.

Han raised his hand in refusal, and Catrine smiled shyly.

"I was just about to eat," he said to cover up his embarrassment.

Han didn't answer. Only Catrine and her father ate. Han wanted to leave, but it was impolite to leave a friend who was eating.

"Dad, it's very delicious, but what a shame why the president doesn't eat it?" Catrine used her father to be able to communicate with Han.

Han was too fed up with it; he had enough patience sitting there; this father and son were stalling for too long.

"Are you Mr. Han's new secretary?" Catrine spoke to Lerina, her mouth chewing.

Lerina smiled. "Yes, Miss."

"Catrine, you can call me Catrine!" Catherine held out her hand. He looks friendly.

"Lerina!" Lerina returned the outstretched hand.

"Excuse me Mr. Laksa, I have to go now!" Han's voice was cold. He is not a person who likes to waste time.

Laksa could be more tasty. "Sorry, we ate too much to enjoy it!"

"It's okay, just continue, don't get your stomach in trouble!" Han said coldly. The sentence is satirical.

He then leaves. Lerina looked at the two people and smiled with a slight bow of respect. Even though he saw his boss as indifferent, he still had to be polite.

Catrine immediately lost her appetite when her father's guests were out of sight; she pushed away her plate and then cleaned her mouth with a tissue.

"You came too long," said Laksa.

"It can't be helped, the roads are really congested." Catrine was very disappointed; why was it so difficult to approach Han Zoku?

"Father! He already has a new secretary, even though I already submitted my application there. Why is it so hard to approach him?" Catrine pouted in annoyance.

"You need to be more patient. We still have a chance now!" Laksa said again.

"What do you mean?" Catherine was curious.

"Han Zoku accepts this offer of cooperation, and you will take care of everything in his office, this is your chance to be around him, how about it?" Laksa raised his eyebrows. He was so happy.

"Dad, you are the best!" cups! Catrine was so happy, not a secretary, but still had other opportunities.

On the road.

"Sir, are we heading straight to the field?" The driver asked very politely.

Han glanced at his watch. "There's still an hour and a half left. We'd better get home for a bit!"

"Yes sir!" replied the driver.

In front, an intersection leads to the right; the driver turned it. The place was quiet, only growing teak trees. Lerina looked around. Five hundred meters later, a magnificent building appears; it is hidden, and its luxury is not visible.

The gate opened, and the car entered the yard. The driver immediately got down to open the master's door.

"No, I don't want to!"

Screams were heard from inside the house. Han rolled his eyes lazily. His son must have created more drama, so that the maid might have pushed him a bit.

Sure enough. Sean ran in his pyjamas last night.

"Daddy! Are you home yet?" He ran and asked to be carried. Han disobeyed him.

He stood up and glared at Sean, but the boy wasn't scared. "You haven't even taken a shower at this hour! You slut!" said Han.

"Daddy, I don't have to take a shower, I'm always at home, who wants to kiss me?"

Tsk

"Your excuses are so ridiculous. Go take a bath with Nani!" Han ordered. Nani has been Sean's caretaker since infancy.

Sean's face changed, and his eyes filled with tears; he just wanted to be held now.

"Sean!" His father's voice was cold. Sean raised his head and accidentally glanced at his daddy's car, whose door was open.

Sean rolled his eyes. Lerina was about to get off; she couldn't stand being in the car.

"Aunt Lerin!" Her sad expression turned cheerful. Sean ran into Lerina's long legs.

Han, who had already turned around, narrowed his eyes. Since when did his son know his new secretary?

Lerina was, of course, shocked. "Oh, you handsome boy! Nice to meet you!" Lerina quickly got the hang of it. She ruffled Seab's adorable curly hair.

"Auntie! Will you wash me?" The question just popped out.

Everyone who witnessed him stared in surprise when all the house occupants were tired of taking him to take a bath; instead, he asked to take a bath with a stranger he had just met.

Lerina needed clarification. What else do people stare at in silence? Then he looked at the president, and Han nodded slightly.

"Mmm, take a bath? Y-yes, all right, let's take a bath!" he replied.

"Hooray!"

For the sake of what? The kid is so happy.
