Getting started

for almost half an hour

Henzie, Arabella, and Kevin were chatting happily. Until the bell that signaled

the resumption of lessons had rung.

"Eh, the bell has

rung? Why does it feel so fast?" Arabella snorted in disgust.

"Yeah you're right,

it's really fast," said Henzie, nodding her head.

"The break is only

thirty minutes, that's why it's fast. If you want to be long, please

skipping," Kevin said, not caring about Henzie and Arabella's chatter. A

good senior should teach good things to juniors.

"But I'm still

hungry." Henzie mumbled, leaning her head on the back of the chair.

"Huh? What? Are you

still hungry?" Kevin parroted, as if he heard Henzie's complaint just now.

"N-no! Who's

hungry?!" Henzie was dark, making Kevin chuckle a little. Henzie pursed

her lips in annoyance at Kevin's annoying laugh in her ear. "Shut

up!" She exclaimed.

Kevin stopped laughing

for a moment, returning his face back to its original expression. Flat plus cold.

"Never mind, don't

say that you're still hungry. We'd better hurry back to class, Henzie. Do you

remind me that today we have Mr. Joseph's class? I don't want to be punished by

him for being late for class," said Arabella pulling Henzie's arm.

"Okay, but wait a

minute! There's one thing I want to ask Kevin." Henzie shifted her gaze to

Kevin, then back to Arabella.

"I'll wait for you

outside," said Arabella, releasing her hand and leaving the cafeteria.

"May I ask you a

question?" Henzie opened her voice carefully after Arabella left.

"Of course. What do

you want to ask?" Kevin replied quickly.

"Th-that... is your

silver hair and red eyes real?"

Kevin seemed to show a

little surprise at Henzie's question. He was silent for a moment, but soon the

man just laughed a little. "You know, my hair is actually blonde, but I

dyed it because I wanted to look different from the others. As for my eyes, I

used minus bright contact lenses because my eyes are ."

Kevin explained in detail with a sweet smile.

Henzie

nodded in understanding. She only understood after thinking negatively earlier.

Yes, who doesn't feel strange seeing Kevin's eyes and hair are very

conspicuous? Whoever it is will definitely ask Kevin about his eyes and hair,

so don't blame Henzie for asking such an impolite thing.

"Okay then, thanks

for answering. I'll go first," said Henzie to Kevin, getting a nod from

the owner of the name. Without further ado, Henzie ran and followed Arabella

who was waiting for her outside the cafeteria.

Very attractive girl. Kevin

looked meaningfully at Henzie's small back which was slowly drifting away. He

smirked a little.

"Arabella, let's go

home," said Henzie waiting for her blonde friend in front of the classroom

door.

"Wow, hurry up.

Usually if I don't have extra classes, you always ask me out first. Whether

it's to the park, eating, or whatever."

"I'm not in the mood out. Besides, I promised my mother I wouldn't wander off again after

college," Henzie replied honestly.

"Really? Don't want

to eat anymore?" Arabella teased, trying to make fun of Henzie who loves

to eat.

"What are you

saying? Is it wrong that I eat a lot? After all, this is my own mouth and

stomach, why are you the one making a fuss about it?!" Henzie snapped,

looking away annoyed.

"Hahahaha ...

yes-yes you are most correct." Arabella laughed out loud.

"Tsk! Damn

you!" Henzie cursed. "By the way, what are we going home

on?" Henzie added.

Arabella stopped her

laughter. She replied, "You've calmed down. Later my driver will pick us

up by car."

"Seriously?! You

know how lazy I am to take taxis, right?" Henzie glared at Arabella, as if

interrogating an S-class criminal.

"Yes, I'm serious!

We were picked up," Arabella honestly raised her two fingers in a V shape.

Henzie sighs of relief.

"Finally, I'm free from the agony of taking a taxi. Thank God, you're so

kind. If it were like this, I could save my money for food," Henzie

shouted happily, getting a small smack from Arabella.

"Is that only food

in your brain?" Arabella snorted, glancing at Henzie in surprise. Henzie

just smiled widely.

Currently Henzie and

Arabella are waiting for the driver to pick up the Arabella family at a bus

stop not far from their campus. They were playing on their cellphones quietly

before a sudden Ferrari metallic honked and stopped right in

front of them.

Shortly after the car

stopped a person with sunglasses came out of it. "Who are you waiting

for?" The person took off his sunglasses, looked at the two girls in front

of him.

"Kevin?!" cried

Arabella and Henzie at the same time.

"Why do you look

surprised? Am I a ghost?!" said Kevin, furrowing his brows.

"N-no!

We were just shocked," said Arabella honestly. She did not think that the

owner of the car was Kevin. She thought the owner of the car was a criminal who

would arrest her and Henzie. Indeed, Arabella's thinking is too negative.

"Back to my

question. Who are you guys waiting for?" Kevin repeated his words again.

"We're waiting for

my driver to pick me up," Arabella answered simply.

Kevin nodded in

understanding. "Would you like to come home with me or not?" offered

Kevin.

"Hm ... sorry, but I

already called my driver. How about Henzie?" Arabella nudged Henzie's arm.

Henzie looked at Arabella

sharply. "Why me?!" he exclaimed.

"Come on Henzie,

don't you feel sorry for Kevin who has been kind enough to offer a ride? Just

go with him, I'll still be waiting for my driver here." Arabella

instigated Henzie with a strange smile teasing her.

Henzie glanced at Kevin

briefly. "O-okay," she stuttered, accepting Kevin's offer.

"Please go home.

Bye, Henzie!" Arabella pushed Henzie's body closer to Kevin.

"Heh! You kicked me

out?! That's how you hate taking me home?!" Henzie shrieked, glaring at

her best friend.

"It's not like that!

It's just that you're better off with the right people." Arabella raised

her eyebrows.

"Arabella!"

Henzie shouted annoyed at her blonde friend, because her best friend always

teased her. Meanwhile, Arabella just laughed out loud when she saw Henzie who

was blushing like a tomato.

"Come on Henzie,

come on!" Kevin grabbed Henzie's arm to quickly follow her to the car.

Henzie nodded once,

trailing behind Kevin. The two of them then got into the car and slid across

the bustling city streets.

.

"So where's your

house?" Kevin spoke, breaking the silence in the car.

Henzie glanced at Kevin

for a moment. "My house is on Orion Street, number fifteen complex

A," Henzie replied. Kevin just nodded after that and silence enveloped

them again.

***

Arriving in front of a cream

colored house, Kevin's car stopped.

"It's here. This is

your house, isn't it?" Kevin asked, turning his gaze to Henzie.

"Yes, thank

you," Henzie nodded. Her hands moved, intending to get out of Kevin's car.

However, her hand suddenly stopped just as she was about to open the man's car

door. Henzie's hand quickly shifted, reached into her bag and took an item.

"Oh yes, this is

your handkerchief. I washed it yesterday, thank you," she said as she

returned Kevin's white handkerchief.

"No need to return

it, just keep it," said Kevin.

"But this is

yours!" Henzie exclaimed again, trying to persuade Kevin to accept his

handkerchief.

"No, you'd better

keep it." Kevin refused Henzie subtly.

Henzie's face turned red

again after hearing the gentle tone of the man's voice. "T-then

fine." Henzie put the white handkerchief back into her bag. After that,

the girl again tried to open the car door before Kevin's hand blocked her.

"Wait a

moment!" Kevin interrupted.

"Why?" Henzie

tilted her head in confusion.

"Can I drop you off

and pick you up every day? I want to get to know you better, as a friend?"

Kevin asked carefully.

Henzie was silent.

"I don't think so. I don't want to burden you," said Henzie.

"Don't worry, you

don't burden me at all," Kevin shook his head.

Henzie fell silent again.

She thought hard. "Yeah, never mind. I-it's okay," said Henzie,

turning her red face so that Kevin wouldn't see it.

"Then, see you

tomorrow." Kevin smiled once again, making Henzie blush even more.

"Y-yes see you,

thank you." Henzie nodded in reply without turning her head. Swiftly and

quickly, the girl immediately opened Kevin's car door and ran into her house.

Kevin who saw it just laughed for a moment, then after a few minutes he started

his car and left the area of Henzie's house.

Now I know the advantages

of handsome people! Loves to make other girls' hearts beat fast! Henzie

thought as she held her chest which was beating wildly.
