Chapter 49 - Surprise
Then all of a sudden, the music stopped Dora appeared at the front and told everyone to please take their places, What? Benny guided him towards the front to stand off to the side of Dora. Then the music started to play. Confusion hit Jay’s face, his brain started to recognise things, the way everyone was standing, the music, the aisle, a stunning Mia in a white dress, all done up . . . she was . . . she was . . . a bride . . . this was a wedding, this was their wedding . . .it hit him then like a tone on bricks. And his mouth dropped open. He couldn’t believe it, there was some laughter, cheers and a loud amazed curse from bunny and then more laughter as everyone who didn’t know either finally caught on.
