Chapter 57 – Girls
Rota had organised Rose and Emily to sit between Rota and Mia and when everyone was there even Ryder, Rota introduced the girls. The girls were really shy meeting this many people but as the dinner was served and everyone started laughing and swapping stories the girls relaxed. Emily was even smiling. Rota had also swapped to a room with three beds in it so she could be with them through the night.
After dinner Mia, and Rota took rose and Emily to the cockpit where Jay and Dora were waiting. “Girls we need to work out what to do next. Rose you said you were abducted. Do you have a Mum or Dad that is worried about you?”
“No said Rose, I’m an orphan. As far as I know I have no family left. I have lived all my life in a big house with lots of other girls.
“Did you want to go back?” Mia asked
“No there is nothing for me there, I can only be there another year before I have to leave. You have to move out when you turn

Day 10 Emily and Mia found Ryder in the cockpit for Emily’s first lesson. “Hey,” Ryder started, “So for your first lesson” he said awkwardly “I will just tell you what I know of my sisters training and go from there.” “Ok” said Emily shyly “So, from what I can work out your gift isn’t about healing but its about being able to manipulate a process inside a person’s body. Its only known as a healing gift because most people use it to heal, or that is its easiest application. This all depends on the power of your gift too, the more gifted you are the quicker you can heal. But in theory you can manipulate any process. If your gift is strong enough and you understand how the body works you can make someone move their arm, or you could grow someone’s hair out long, if your gift is strong enough. But you have to be careful with speeding a process because it takes from their own body to make the process

Mia had spoken to Dora, and she had agreed to privately tutor Rose in her gift, her gift wasn’t that strong but with a good tutor on the right questions to ask, it wouldn’t matter. Day 11The next morning Jay brought Mia’s suggestion to his team. Everyone thought it was a great idea and with that much military around her at all times anyone would be stupid to even try something. Day 12The next morning, breakfast was a bit of a sober affair, everyone was going to miss Marie’s cooking, Kevin’s quick humour and Haley, Neil and Troy’s company, they were good people.
