Chapter 9

SASHA POV

I put my parents on speaker and set my phone on the middle console in the car. Luis gives me a side glare, but I ignore him.

  "SASHA STONE, YOU WILL OBEY ME," Father yells through the earpiece just as I thought he would.

  "Father, Mom, and dad both agree with me. You have been outvoted. Why can't you just believe in me and my abilities," I ask while letting my frustration and hurt ring in my voice.

   I am so tired of my Father acting as if I am incapable. I understand his love is driving his fear, but sometimes it is as if he doubts me.

  "Sasha, this isn't about how strong you are. This is about what is the safest option," Father growls, and I hear mom sigh.

  "Jacks, our daughter is a first-born descendant. Her wolf is faster, stronger, and larger than 80% of all werewolves. She has the upper hand even when she is out
