Party Animals Part 1

The sun was now down and stars were out. We were cruising along a long dark road that turned into gravel and then dirt or something. When we pulled up to a house that looked like it could have been home to a big time celebrity. It reminded me of one of the houses in the nicer part of Los Angelos, secured in gated communities with serious security guards. 

They parked on the well manicured lawn that covered every side of the house except the front. That had been paved. a circular driveway with somesort of pretty plant growing out of the groung and protected with plastic fencing. 

"Isn't it rude to park here?" I felt self conscious while walking tip-toing on the grass so my heel wouldn't get stuck.

"No. Max's mom is totally cool with it."
