Laura's point of view:

"So that's what you've been doing since you were gone!" Damien exclaimed with a hint of pride in his voice while cuddling my cheeks.

Alan had a weird look on his face. It was as if he had something in mind. Well, I didn't have to wait for too long to know what he had in mind.

"Weird!" he said, and Damien was like, "What's weird?"

"He seemed to be rough. I'm not looking down on you, but it's kind of hard to believe that you could catch him on your own."

"I never said I did it on my own!" I confirmed.

"Who was here with you?"

"His mate - Amira!"

"The witch?" Damien questioned, and Alan did the same at the same time.

"You told him?" Alan questioned.

I nodded my head as an answer to his question, and he got angry.

"I knew I shouldn't trust you!" he shouted, which made me angry. So I shouted back.

"You never told me I should keep it a secret!"

"I never told you to tell him?"

He's acting like a child, which is annoying.
