I kissed to distract her but all day more messages came and my poor Alexis was quietly crying in my neck once again. She was burrowed into my body as I read them and showed the guys. I covered her up because she was in a tee shirt and nothing else. I kissed her lips and laid her down. She was a mess thanks to her half siblings and basically stepfather. The fucking douchebag was pushing it.

"It's okay kitten, we won't let them get you", I say, stroking her back and trying to stop the neverending tears.

She sniffled and hugged me tighter.

Steven said something about food and left to make us some. Seth smiled at us and I glared at him. Scott was talking to Mark and I was rubbing Alexis's back. She was still shaking and wiping tears away. She was still a complete mess and I hated that she was even going through this.

"I got some bodyguards coming, Dean. We used them before so they can be trusted. I called Thomas and he said he will have his people look into everything. He also wants to
