I walked into school happy it was my last year of torture and bullying. I am a senior and applied to colleges to get away from my hateful family as well. My name is Alexis Zoe Smith and I just turned eighteen and started senior year at Franklin High. I have been bullied since kindergarten and it got worse as I went higher in grades. I noticed bruises on Alexis when she pushed her sleeves up to write. Yes we bullied her but not to that extent. She was scared of us all and stayed to herself. I felt like shit for all those years I treated her bad. She never yelled at us or did anything back. She just stopped talking to anyone and basically had selective mutism. Alexis slept for a while and I constantly checked on her. We all sat talking till my phone rang. I got a long text from Mark about the little lady sleeping in my bed. I carry Alexis and follow the nurse to a room. I sit her on the bed and sit beside her. She tells the nurse someone beat her up and she was pushed down steps at school. I told her to tell the truth and we would have her back no matter what. They ask if she knows who and she stops talking. A doctor comes in and looks at all her bruises and pushes on her ribs causing her to cry out. I balled up my fist but refrain from hitting him.
