"Serena, I… "She saw that the small, messy room was no longer liveable but it turned into a store room. She heard her uncle's voice but she couldn't find any word to utter.

"You are married now. What are you doing here? Just leave."She heard Lilith's voice. Annoying as always, she was looking at Serena with the eye of annoyance as if she disturbed her sleep.

"Maybe she fought with her husband and he threw her out so she came here to see if she can stay with us.", Her aunt chuckled evilly as she said it.

Serena couldn't find it more funny, she smiled. "We were short of room that's why…", she looked at her uncle, searching if he was even concerned about her.

No, maybe she lost it. She lost the power of seeing through someone's eyes. Unable to see whether he was truly caring about her or just showing.
