At George's Office

He had been occupied with the Christmas celebration and the installation ceremony of his father. Now that they were over, he could face his work. After he settled down that morning, his secretary gave him the agenda for that day's meeting and he remembered the steel mill.

"We must visit it before the meeting," he said and called the General Manager and the Production Manager.

"Oh, my God! But I spoke with him this morning," he mumbled when he saw that the caller was his father.

He ignored the call and continued with his work. The old man called again and when he got no response, he called Tim.

At Tim's House He called Richard as soon as he got the message and he met him in the parlor. He informed him of Vincent's request and he was touched."May I propose that he should be at the front desk for now since Miss Dickson is no more there.""Oh! That is a good idea. George will be happy to hear that. For now, go to the hospital and inform the doctor that he should allow him to work at the dome.""I got it.""You can close from there.""It is all right.""What about your wife? Did she go for her training yesterday?""Not at all. She seems to have lost interest.""I thought as much. Let her stop. She has learned enough.""I agree with you. I didn't bother to persuade her.""Don't. You can go." "It's okay. Good night, Boss.""Good night."At The Clinic Richard's arrival was a relief to everyone. He walked to the doctor's office immediately and he jolted."Good day, Major. I'm happy you are here. The patient said ..."Without hesitation, he interrupted him and explained, "Yes. T

After watching to the end, he mumbled, "I am finer than the two of them. She can't even get a decent man but a killer."With the epiphany and consolation, he cheered up. When he felt idle, he sent a message to Tim.(Good morning, Sir. I wish to thank you for everything you have done for me. I would have been dead and my family would have been mourning. Permit me to request. Can I go to the Dome and mow the lawn with the workers. I'm sick and tired of eating and being unoccupied with work.)At Tim's House He paused and read through Vincent's message. "He must be a workaholic," he said to himself and shared the message with George. Likewise, he left for the parlor and waited for his lunch. At The Mining Field Valentine was happy for the farmers. He waited in his car and read through their letters and remuneration."They will like it," he said and began to sign them.At that point, the workers were filing into the canteen one after the other for lunch and they wondered why he was in t

"Oh! He came for the letters," he said and pressed the intercom. Before Gilbert walked to the door, he opened it with the remote control."You sent for me, Major," he said when he came in."Yes. Get the letters that Bright printed out yesterday.""I got it, Major," he said and walked away.He returned with the letters, and George said, "Drop them and ask the visitor to come in.""It's okay."He left and returned with Valentine, who was not comfortable with George. And yours?""My work is fine, too," he responded, looked at the letters, and went straight to the point, "These are the employment letters of the farmers.""I got it, President.""Good. Kindly sign on my behalf. Let them know that I expect results.""Consider it done, President," he said and picked up the letters."See you later," he said dismissively."See you later, President," he responded and left.George fac

Nevertheless, the old man had directed everyone who should be in attendance to the court. The Head of the Duke Council was there and he was delighted for the honor. Notwithstanding, the DPO was proactive and chose to go with the couple. Unknown to him, Francis, who was the driver, could handle every security threat. They got into the cars and moved. The old man was delighted to know that Harry must see him each time he left and returned to his house. That day was not an exception. The convoy of four vehicles, with the DPO's car and police van behind, was captivating. As expected, the villagers and elders were peeping from their houses. Right on their very noses, they left for the court. The two little contractors were happy and looking out from the doctor's car. Harry had heard of the old man's intentions to remarry from his friends but was doubtful. Besides, his identity was questionable. They gave him every reason to believe that he was Oliver Young. After they convinced him, he b

Mr. McMahon had not seen it from that perspective and calmed down. George faced him and explained, "We apologize, Old man. We can't discharge him. We can't guarantee his safety if he leaves here.""I got it, Maj. Young. Thank you for your clarifications," he appreciated him."You are welcome, Old man," he responded. He sat down on the bed, faced Vincent, and asked him with a smirk, "Or can you protect yourself if you are attacked again?""Yes, he can with his kitchen knife," Tim stated with a silly grin. They laughed heartily, and the old man focused on George, who he had never seen laughing before."He has a catapult and small stones," the doctor added."And he can shoot from here to Raino," George added and they erupted in a hearty laughter."Excuse me," the doctor said and walked away.Vincent laughed the more when he imagined how he would use the catapult to fight armed men. After the laughter, George asked him, "Can you identify your attackers?""No, Maj. Young. I have never see

"Tomorrow is the old man's marriage," Tim reminded him."Ouch, I completely forgot! What do I do?" He asked him helplessly."Richard and your secretary will represent us. Or what do you think?"George looked at Richard for his opinion and he nodded in admittance."It's okay. Thank you for that, Major.""You are welcome.""Tidy up and let us go. We will wait for you in the park," Tim said and moved."It is all right," he said and called on Bright.Tim and Richard left and got to the elevator. They greeted each other accordingly and got into the elevator. He got to George's office when he was through with Bright."Congratulations for a good broadcast," he said and sat down."Thank you for the compliment. I wonder how many more people he had stationed in Canterbury.""You are right. This will serve as a deterrent to other people. I can see that you are closing for the day.

He got a message from Kay and read through it immediately.(His Excellency has approved sending them on exile. He said that your boy should broadcast that we are still sanitizing Canterbury of debris. And returning their discarded matters to them.)Tim smiled broadly and shared the message with Richard and George. Richard laughed softly after reading it and Tim said, "We should be in the complex with George at once.""It is all right," he said and got up."Tim got up too and advised him, "Ask the soldiers to take the criminals to the airport and wait for instructions.""I got it," he said and moved to the soldiers while Tim walked to the doctor's office."How is he?" He inquired."He is fine. The injury was not much," he got up and explained. He led him to the dressing room and he saw the wound."They targeted your chest," Tim declared."Yes, Sir. They missed it because I was struggling to escape.""That's good. Do you know them?""Not at all, Sir. I have never seen them in my life."
