“Lenora?” Matilda's voice came up again and I knew it was because she didn't hear any words from me. I took a deep breath before answering.

“What the hell do you want from me, Matilda?” I hissed in annoyance. I didn't try to hide my irritation from her. I wanted her to hear everything. My irritation. My anger. Everything.
