Waking up in my new apartment, I looked around and recentered myself. The night before I had struggled with sleep like I have for a long time now. Every night I relive my childhood. Every comment ever made towards me. Every hit, smack, kick, push, shove, jab, punch. Every night I experience some part of the horrors I had lived through. Some nights the nightmares were worse as instead of me leaving, I was forced to stay. Most of those nightmares would end with someone killing me in the most gruesome way possible.

Last night the stress of the move, the stress of the change and being in charge of the faction had led to a new form of nightmares. Last night it was my father that had found me on the streets that night. Instead of me being able to defend myself against the gang rape, I was tied down and my magic was surpressed. My father was instructing the members of the Faction on ways to rape and torture me. My mother too was present and laughing
