Chapter Seventy-Five - More than we first thought -

Savannah POV

Hearing his words did make my heart flutter I will admit and excitement ran through me. Something about fighting bad guys with Jax just had me smiling and my blood pumping. We stepped through the gaping hole I just made in the front of the house where the door used to be. We were rushed by multiple wolves, shifted and non shifted.

This isn't like the movies, no one stands still and let's you monologue before the fight and than it becomes a one on one fight. Oh no, this was a here and now all in kind of situation. That is what they did, just that, all in.

I placed my hand on Jax's shoulder using it to propel myself off the ground, leaning towards Jax at the same time I threw my fist diagonally towards the floor, connecting with the jaw of one of the shifted wolves. As my fist hit it's jaw, Jax spun around behind me, bringing his leg up and back, kicking out in front of him to the wolf coming at me from the other side.
