Chapter 28- Vengeful Spirits

Their lips were just an inch away from each other, Penelope opened her eyes with an evil glint. She placed her hands on Killian’s chest. He growled at the skin contact. But her next action surprised him.

Penelope pushed him into the pool and burst into a shriek of laughter.

The water splashed out of the pool but she quickly stepped backwards to avoid it.

Killian was stunned with the sudden coolness of the water he was soaked in. His wet hands brushed his hair back, giving him a sleek-jelled look.

“Playing tricks now, huh?” Killian asked.
