Chapter 5

I lost the time of me staying in this room. There’s something inside of me died because of his actions.

The door made a cracking sound indication of it being open. It showed a built of a man that I want to see. I bit my lower lip when he walked closer to me. Sitting in the space besides me.

“Y-you came home… so early,” I said while having a stuttering voice.

I played my fingers that was hiding in the blanket. He gave me an awkward smile.

“The servant said you… prepared something. A food for me?” He tucked in some strands of my hair behind my ears and give me a very soft kisses in lips.

“Yeah,” I said in a very low register voice. I point out the trash can near me. “I eat those foods already.”

“You didn’t tell me. You didn’t tell me you’ll bring me foods.” Is he blaming me? I want to give him a very bitter laugh but I choose not to.

I didn’t tell you because it was supposed to be a surprise!
