Elena’s POV

I woke up to the ray of sunlight on my face, and I groaned in discomfort. I thought I had closed those windows before going to bed last night. I thought and with my left hand, I dragged a pillow and covered my face with it, but the pillow was dragged off my face immediately.

Wake up sleepy head, you are going to be late for work. I heard someone yell, and I groaned again.

Go away! I cried still with my eyes shut tight, and I heard the person sigh.

Of course I will leave you to rest, I just wanted to tell you that it’s 6:37 already. She said and probably left, because I heard the door shut, and I turned around to continue my sleep.

Her words suddenly began to echo in my head, “You will be late”, “Its 6:37 already”. Why was she telling me all those? I found my self wondering in my sleeping state, and then like a bell, it occurred to me, and I remembered all about my new job, I opened my eyes and jumped off the bed rushing into the bathroom.

Fuck, I am going to be late. I
