Chapter 24

Violet walked through the Alpha’s mansion with a cup of coffee in her hands. She wasn’t much of a coffee drinker but holding the warm cup helped relaxed her nervousness. Tomorrow was the day. The day she was going to make her move. She replayed the plan over and over in her head. As soon as the servers began serving dinner she would go upstairs to the alpha’s office. She would have a good thirty minutes at best to finish her search. The room wasn’t that big, it really shouldn’t take her that long to search the office.

Stopping by the staircase that led up to the second floor, Violet took in a shaky breath. Every time she thought of breaking into the office, Violet started getting this sick feeling.
