Why did she have to choose this school out of all others in the area? The one to which all my  pack goes ? They would push her around and trouble her because she is human.But is she? This doubt has been lingering in my mind ever since that incident at the grocery store. But what else can she be? She is not a werewolf for sure. Maybe she is just a freak.After all she came to school with a tiger. A FRIGGIN TIGER!!!

My wolf is somehow insanely jealous of everyone she talks to or touches and right now wanted to rip the little cub apart but I held him back.

I couldn't take my eyes off her and watched her every move. At lunch break we were in the school cafeteria when the school's meanest girl stalked towards her.

“Hey you ugly girl. What do you think of yourself? Coming to school with a friggin Tiger. I am warning, don't bring that disgusting creature here from tomorrow, Or Else...?", Callista was still talking when my mate cut her off and said, “I think I am awesome”.

“Listen here Miss Smartypants! Here I am the queen so you will do what I say. Else I will make your life miserable”, Callista smirked.

“Ya! My life is already so miserable because you are in it”, she retorted

Callista was now fuming and seeing this Kaid,Callista's boyfriend, grabbed my mate by her neck and slammed her face on the table, while Callista picked up the tiger from the table. I stood up from my seat wanting to help her when Asher stopped me. Had he not stopped me, I would have turned Kaid into mush.

“Let her handle it. That way we can see if she is L...", he stopped himself from saying Luna just in time.

“Leave me right now”, she growled. To my surprise Kaid immediately obeyed.

“What the hell Kaid!! You are simply useless. I will throw this tiger out of the school on my own.  ” Callista said.

“PUT.HER.DOWN”, her fists were clenched. 

"OK" , said Callista and dropped the cub on the floor.

“Be careful what you wish for", said Kenny,Callista’s best friend, started laughing.

The tiger howled in pain . She picked her up and set it gently on the table.

I could feel her murderous rage now.

“Very well! That's enough. I should have beaten you to pulp for what you did to my Angel. But you lowlifes are not worth it. So her is a little payback from me”.

She pointed at Kaid and said, "Your so-called girlfriend is cheating on you because she was kissing someone else in the class before you came in” and showed him a photo on her phone. 

“What the hell Callista?”, Kaid growled. 

“Tho-Those are fake”, Callista shrieked. 

“Oh ya !!! And what tools I had to make a realistic photo here in school in which you are kissing”, she rolled her eyes. 

“And YOU!”, she snarled at Kenny. "You think she’s a real best friend? You think she cares about you?”, she swiped her phone and there was a video of Callista talking about Kenny on the phone. 

“She’s so dumb and stupid! Like OMG I wish she would just disappear but she is like a follower. Following me around like a lost puppy. Please! She can rot in hell for all I care. Stupid Kenny”, Kenny was now looking at Callista with betrayal and sadness. 

“And finally the queen”,she smirked. 

“I don’t have anyone betraying me”,Callista sneered. 

“You’re right you don’t have anyone betraying you because you betray everyone and for that you’ll receive your punishmen", and with that she pulled Callista by her hair and kicked her in the stomach. She then punched her in the nose. Callista was now crying on the floor, her hand covering her nose. 

“Don’t mess with someone who has been in a military camp for 3 years and has been raised by police officers bitch”, she spat on the floor.

She picked her tiger up and started comforting her. “You’re ok” She cooed to her tiger cradling it. “I love you my little Angel. Quiet…..shh..Shh..you are fine now.” She moved to the garden outside the cafeteria and set her tiger on the grass. She trailed a finger from her head down to her back and started massaging her back gently. The tiger laid her head between her paws and purred while Ashley massaged her. 

“Do you like stalking me?” she asked, looking at me.

I just realised that I was following her and didn’t even bother hiding myself.

“Umm... No. Why would I stalk you? This garden is my favorite spot in the school and I come here to meditate sometimes", I said awkwardly.

“Whatever”, she picked up her tiger and cuddled her. My wolf started howling with jealousy. “What’s her name?” I asked her.

“Nova”

I was about to ask her name when the stupid bell rang. “Great!”,I  groaned. We got up and marched off to our class. After the school was over she took her bike and saddled her tiger into the small but comfortable trolley and zoomed off to the grocery store to meet the dogs just like yesterday.

How do I know all this, you ask? Because I couldn't stop myself from following her like an idiot  once again. All this while my wolf was howling and pounding inside my head with rage and jealousy.

After she was done with the dogs she marched off to an abandoned building near the grocery store. Without hesitation she walked over to a little hole in the wall and I couldn't believe what I saw.
