When I finally woke the next morning Maeva was already gone. It was too late for her morning run, so I assumed she'd gone to breakfast already. I decided this would be a good time to see what it was she had been reading the night before, so I walked over to her bed & reached under to where she had stashed the books the night before. I pulled them out along with the notebook she'd been writing in. I was shocked when noticed that in the notebook she had been taking notes on binding & unbinding.

I opened the book she had placed a marker in before going to bed last night. She had stopped on a page where she had been reading about the different ways to unbind power. I skimmed the page & saw that the unbinding usually depended on how the witch had bound the power. Most witches created loop holes to the binding, but that was solely based on the witch.
