LOGINHAELENA
I was too stunned to speak. Alpha Logan… speaking up for me? Was I hallucinating because of the suppressant? Or… did he simply not recognize me?
“Alpha Logan?” Jenna called out in disbelief, her brows knitting together in confusion.
“No staff member serving in the Bloodworth household will be assaulted by any member of this pack. You will apologize to her. Now.” Alpha Logan growled, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Gods he was handsome, tall bulky with powerful muscles, His domineering and protective Alpha pheromones flooded the hall, crashing into me with terrifying force.
My breathing hitched. It made no sense. I was full of suppressants and scent blockers… how could I still feel them this fucking strongly?
No… My eyes darted to the blood staining the marble floor. Had I vomited everything Luna Aekeira forced me to drink?
Oh, Goddess… I had. My heart nearly stopped, I had just vomited all over Luna Aekeira's precious marble floor.
“This maid… she… she’s only a common omega. She’s Haele—”
Jenna’s voice faltered, but before she could finish, Alpha Logan’s growl cut through the hall. “I didn’t ask you what she is.” His eyes darkened. “I told you to apologize.”
Jenna stood frozen, her face drained of color, she couldn’t understand it and neither could I.
But I knew the truth. Alpha Logan wasn’t protecting me.
He didn’t know I was Haelena, the omega he and his brothers had made a living nightmare for years.
“It’s… it’s my fault, Alpha. I’ll leave now…” I whispered, forcing myself to my feet despite the burning pain in my chest.
Before I could take another step, Alpha Logan’s voice stopped me. “You aren’t going anywhere.”
There was something unnervingly rigid in his expression, He wasn’t letting this go.
He stood there with unwavering resolve, so deliberate, so authoritative, so fiercely intent on seeing this through that even I found myself staring at him in disbelief.
“Apologize.” This time, his voice reverberated through the entire hall.
For the first time in my life… I saw fear, real fear and humiliation on Jenna Gomer’s face.
“Alpha Logan,” another voice interrupted calmly from behind the triplets.
“Pardon my daughter’s outburst, but asking the daughter of the Pack Beta to apologize to a common omega is nothing short of a complete subversion of our pack’s hierarchy.”
The crowd instinctively parted, Beta Gomer, Jenna’s father.
A broad man in his late sixties stepped forward, his gaze settling on me with the same cold contempt I had come to expect from him.
“My Lords,” Beta Gomer continued, forcing a respectful bow.
“Surely you understand that if word spreads that the daughter of the Pack Beta apologized to a mere omega servant, the entire hierarchy of the Moon Crest Pack will be mocked.”
And then, a low chuckle escaped Alpha Cullen. It wasn’t loud.
But it was enough to make every pair of eyes shift towards him, including mine. Alpha Cullen was tall, with a lean muscular build and a pulsing Adam’s apple.
He took a slow sip from the crystal glass in his hand before speaking.
“So…” he drawled lazily, “the Pack Beta’s daughter assaults a servant inside the Supreme Alpha’s own home…” His silver eyes lifted to Gomer.
“…and your greatest concern is the hierarchy?”
The corner of his lips curved into a smile that held no warmth.
“Interesting.” Beta Gomer’s expression stiffened.
“My Lord, I merely meant—”
“No.” Alpha Cullen cut him off without raising his voice. “You meant exactly what you said.” He set the glass down with a soft clink.
“If hierarchy excuses lawlessness, then perhaps we should let every noble pup kick servants around the Bloodworth Mansion whenever they’re bored.”
His gaze swept across the crowd. “Is that the precedent you wish to set?”
No one answered. No one even dared meet his eyes.
Cullen looked back at Beta Gomer.
“You seem to have forgotten where you are.” A dangerous smile tugged at his lips.
“This isn’t your estate.” He glanced briefly at the shattered glasses and the blood staining the marble floor.
“This is the Bloodworth household. And in our house…”
Alpha Cullen’s voice turned ice cold.
“…our rules outrank your pride.” For the first time that evening, Beta Gomer lowered his eyes.
And then immediately. I heard a sharp teary and dramatic voice of Jenna, everyone’s face turned to her.
“I’m so sorry, Alpha Logan… I’m so sorry, Alpha Cullen…” she sobbed, wiping at the tears streaming down her cheeks. “Please… I take full responsibility for my actions. Please allow me to apologize to her.”
Jenna said and the entire hall went silent, even I couldn’t believe what was about to happen, and why would all this ever happen?
What dimension am I in? Am I in a fucking dream?
Jenna faced me, looked into my eyes and I swear, I saw a glint of mischief in her smirk which immediately shifted to her dramatic fake remorseful expression.
What the fuck was she planning?
“I’m just so excited to welcome back the Alpha Triplets,” she cried. “Then… I was suddenly shoved so violently by her.” She lowered her head dramatically.
“And I reacted in the worst possible way. I struck her…” She sniffled.
“It was uncouth. It was barbaric.”
She paused just long enough for everyone to believe every word she was saying.
What is she doing? I wished the ground would open up and swallow me whole. She wasn’t apologizing. She was painting me as the villain.
“I didn’t stop to think about the bitterness you must carry,” Jenna continued, her voice cracking.
“I didn’t think about the contempt you must feel… or the shame of having to serve those you once thought were beneath your family.”
Every word made my stomach twist. “Ever since your father was executed for treason…”
No. Please…
“…life must have been unimaginably hard for you.”
She slowly lifted her tear-stained face and looked directly at me.
“I, Jenna Gomer, sincerely apologize to you…”
Another pause.
“…Haelena Fangforte.” My blood froze.
“…daughter of the late Alpha Fangforte…”
No…
“…the man who murdered our beloved Luna.”
“Stop it!”
The scream tore out of my throat before I even realized I had spoken. “No!”
My entire body shook uncontrollably as tears blurred my vision. She had done it, That was her plan all along.
She had just handed my name back to the three people I feared most in this fucking world.
The triplets… The very Alphas who had spent years making my life a living hell because they believed my father had murdered their mother.
That was when I realized… None of them had actually looked at my face this entire time.
I had been invisible, just another insignificant maid. Until Jenna uttered the one name they hated more than any other.
Haelena Fangforte.
Three pairs of eyes snapped toward me, My heart fucking stopped.
Before I could even lower my head, Alpha Logan closed the distance between us in two long strides.
His hand shot out, gripping my jaw with bruising force before wrenching my face upward, Pain shot through my neck as I was forced to meet their eyes.
No, no, no…
“You…” Alpha Samael’s low, haunting voice cut through the suffocating silence.
“…You’re Haelena Fangforte?” The banquet hall fell deathly still.
The three of them stared at me as though they had seen a ghost.
Then… Their expressions changed, Confusion, Disbelief and Something else.
Something that made my blood run cold.
And then, all three of them spoke at the exact same time.
“Mate?”
HAELENA No… No, this can’t be real,” I whispered, my voice cracking. This is just another cruel prank. Another trap set by the Triplet Alphas. I shook my head repeatedly,“No, Alphas… I am nothing. Just a humble omega… the one you’ve all despised with every breath. How could I possibly be your mate? Let alone mate to all three of you? That’s… that’s divine. Impossible. I’m not worthy. I could never be—”My legs gave out. I crashed to my knees on the unforgiving tile, my forehead slamming against the floor in an atonement bow,The sting barely registered over the roaring in my ears. Tears burned my eyes as I curled smaller, wishing the ground would swallow me whole. The room was so silent, the whole pack watching in complete surprise,“You were the one eavesdropping on Luna Aekeira,” Alpha Samael’s deep voice cut through the air, and I knew it. He stepped closer, each footfall deliberate and predatory. “You were the one eavesdropping on Luna Aekeira, I caught your scent, You are m

HAELENA Mate? What a joke. In my world, that word was nothing but a cruel joke.My ears had to be playing tricks on me. It didn’t seem like he had recognized me yet.“Who are you?” he growled, taking a step towards me. I, however, didn’t give him the chance to do anything else.I turned and darted down the hallway as fast as my legs could carry me, making a beeline for the kitchen.“Wait! What’s your name?” His baritone voice reverberated through the walls, loud enough that every staff member in that quarter had probably heard him.The sound alone terrified me, by the time I stumbled into the kitchen, my breathing had become erratic. The kitchen staff threw me curious side glances, but everyone was too occupied with the endless chores to question me. Smoke and steam filled the grand kitchen as cooks barked orders and servants hurried from one station to another.I barely had a moment to catch my breath before Anna threw an apron at me.“Get to work before Luna Aekeira comes back,” sh
HAELENA At this moment even as the pain in my chest intensified, the physical tremor of my body was so apparent. My Nightmares were back, The Triplet fucking Alphas who loathe my existence were back, I was panicking, it felt like a weight is pressed on my stomach. I felt utterly sick. It took everything I had to steady my breathing. With shaking fingers, I reached beneath my uniform and wrapped my hand around the silver pendant resting against my chest. The last gift my father had ever given me, I squeezed it so tightly the edges dug into my palm.“My father was no traitor,” I whispered brokenly.“He wasn’t…”The words were as much a plea to myself as they were a prayer. The thought of the triplets returning had ripped open wounds I had spent years trying to bury. They hated me, not because of anything I had done… But because they believed my father had murdered their mother—the former Supreme Luna.I knew he hadn’t. HAELENAMy eyes burned with unshed tears as I watched the ambulance doors slam shut around the almost lifeless omega girl. She had thrown herself from the third floor.Months of relentless bullying—of being mocked, shoved aside, and treated like she was less than everyone else simply because she was an omega had finally broken her.The flashing red lights disappeared through the school gates, leaving behind a crowd that whispered, stared… and would probably move on by the next minute as if nothing had happened. My body felt numb, colder than the winter breeze sweeping across the corridor, I understood her, more than anyone ever could.Countless times, I had climbed to the highest floor of that same building, staring over the edge and wondering if one step would finally end the misery.Especially back when the three heirs of my pack—the infamous Alpha triplets—still attended this school some years ago,They had turned my life into a nightmare. Every day was another violent humiliation
