~~Didi~~

“What the hell was that?” I gasped, bursting through the back doors of the ballroom.

My heels clacked against the marble floor, echoing like I was running from a crime scene. I pressed my hand to my chest, trying to calm the chaos inside me. My heart wasn’t beating normally. It was roaring.

What the heck was that? I asked again, this time out loud, breathless.

My wolf growled softly, half panicked, half thrilled. I don’t know. I’m confused on who is our mate…

I froze. “Excuse me? Confused?” I hissed. “There’s no such thing as confused when it comes to a mate bond!”

Well, she snapped back, apparently there is now! It was like I felt the bond with the two of them

I dragged a hand through my hair, pacing like a maniac. “Moon, damn you! What kind of cosmic joke is this?”

Calm down, Didi—

“Calm down?!” I spun toward the door like she was standing right there. “The Supreme Alphas… three of them! are destined to one she-wolf, and you’re telling me that one might be me?!”

She went quiet for a second. Then, softly, Yeah.

I blinked. My jaw dropped. “So wait. If I’m mated to one… that means I’m mated to all three?”

Technically, yes.

“Oh, fantastic,” I said, throwing my hands up. “what about Jay… is he our mate as well, What a bargain.”

I’m still uncertain but can you stop being dramatic.

“Dramatic?!” I hissed. “You try being caught between three walking testosterone factories who could crush buildings for fun! And forth one belong to my sister and will obviously chose her as it is.”

My wolf chuckled. You forgot handsome.

I groaned. “Don’t start with me.”

Silence stretched between us. The night air was cool against my skin, but my mind was a storm. I could still feel it the electric pull, that raw connection when Jay caught me earlier. My heart had stuttered. My wolf had stirred.

“Explain something,” I muttered, pacing again. “Because when Jay caught me, you definitely felt something too.”

I did, she admitted, but it wasn’t the same.

“It sure as hell felt like it,” I shot back. “You think I hallucinated that spark?”

Jay isn’t our mate, she said firmly. He’s… something else. Maybe a trigger. But the bond didn’t flare until the Supreme touched us.

I froze again. “The Supreme.”

Yes.

“The tall, broad, arrogant one with the stupidly perfect jawline?”

That’s the one.

I groaned again. “Of course. Of course, the universe would give me him.” I think there is a cliche somewhere because all this sounds impossible…  a fat girl like me being mated to the supremes sounded so fucking impossible, and Jay…?

He’s our mate, Didi.

“‘Our’? You mean OURS really…? ” I said quickly, but even I didn’t believe that.

My wolf hummed. Same thing.

I pressed my palms to my face and screamed softly into them. “You’re saying the Supreme Alphas,  the triplets are my mates?”

Yes.

“And Jay?”

Not certain yet.

“Then what the fuck was that earlier? Because my knees nearly gave out when he touched me.”

Maybe that wasn’t the bond, she said. That was confusion. Our real bond reacted when the Supreme came near. You felt it stronger, didn’t you?

I exhaled slowly. She was right. That heat that burned through me when he caught me… that wasn’t normal. That was fire and thunder and something ancient.

Go back in there, my wolf said. Let’s verify this instead of running.

I stared at the ballroom door, still hearing the faint music from inside. My palms were sweaty. My heart refused to calm down.

“Go back in there?” I muttered. “After I just sprinted out like a crazy person?”

Yes.

“Are you out of your mind?”

No. We need to get this error straight and corrected immediately. He’s ours, Didi.

I took a deep breath, glaring at the door like it had personally offended me.

“Fine,” I muttered. “But if this goes wrong, I’m blaming you.”

Deal.

I squared my shoulders, smoothed my dress, and marched back toward the chaos I’d tried to escape ready to face the one man (or rather, three in the future) who’d just turned my entire world upside down.

The moment I pushed the doors open again, the music hit me first. Soft. Elegant. Completely wrong for the panic simmering under my skin.

Every head turned. Of course they did. I’d sprinted out like my dress was on fire, and now I was walking back in pretending I didn’t have a mental breakdown behind the building.

I kept my chin up. Shoulders straight. Eyes forward. Main character mode activated.

But my legs? Shaking. Hard. Like two wet noodles trying their best.

My wolf sighed. You’re overthinking every step.

“Of course I am,” I whispered. “I’m about to walk toward the strongest wolves in the world to ask who the fuck is my mate.”

Fair point.

The crowd parted slightly as I moved deeper into the room. Whispers rose. More stares. I ignored them all until I reached the center of the hall.

Then I saw him.

The Supreme.

Tall. Powerful. Eyes locked on me like I was the only thing that existed. His aura pulsed around him quiet, steady, dangerous.

My breath hitched. My wolf purred so loud she practically vibrated.

Easy, I warned her.

I don’t do easy.

Jay stood a few steps away near Linda, looking like he wanted to disappear. Good. He should.

Linda looked like she’d bitten into a lemon. Good. She deserved that too.

I swallowed and forced my feet forward until I stood right in front of the Supreme alpha . He straightened the moment I stopped, like his bodies responded to my presence without asking permission.

The one who caught me the one with the silver eyes stepped slightly closer.

“Are you alright?” he asked. His voice was deep. Soft. Dangerous in a slow-burning way.

I tried to answer, but my throat forgot how to human. Even his voice is fucking handsome.

Say something, my wolf whispered. Preferably words.

I opened my mouth. “I… uh… think we need to talk.”

Smooth.

Silver Eyes tilted his head, studying me. His gaze dropped to my lips, then back up. “Yes. We do.”

A shiver ran down my spine. My wolf practically melted.

Then I heard he chuckled. “She’s cute when she’s nervous.” He muted like he was talking to someone.

“Are you think cute at all time…? He asked still look at me.

Is he asking me that question or someone else because am anything but cute.

Moon hummed. He adore us already.

“Let’s step outside,” Silver Eyes said gently, but not like a suggestion. More like a command wrapped in velvet.

My whole body reacted. Heat curled low in my stomach. My breath stuttered.

He extended his hand to me and the moment our skin touched, the spark exploded. Not a cute little shock. No. This was full firework mode. Bright. Hot. Wild. The kind of spark that makes your breath disappear and your brain forget its own name.

When I looked up at him, those silver eyes caught me like a net. Deep. Steady. Hungry in a quiet way that scared me more than any growl ever could.

I think am already drowning in those eyes of his.

My wolf sighed like she had been waiting centuries for this exact moment. Yes. He’s definitely ours. There was no hesitation in her voice. No doubt. Just pure certainty.

I swallowed hard and let him lead me toward the doors. My hand fit in his too perfectly. Too naturally. Like my palm had been designed for his. And I hated how much that comforted me.

But then, of course, the universe decided to embarrass me.

Linda suddenly popped into my face. Literally. She appeared out of nowhere like she had teleported, her arm hooked around Jay’s like she owned the man. She stepped right into our path and blocked the door with her chest out like she was auditioning for the role of Supreme Roadblock Number One.

“Where are you guys off to?” she asked, her tone sweet but her eyes slicing straight at me like I was garbage someone forgot to sweep up.

She didn’t even try to hide the way she looked at the Supreme. Her gaze dragged down his chest like she wanted to rip his clothes off right there. The boldness was insane. If stares could lick, she’d have him covered in slobber.

My wolf snorted. Yep. I was right. Jay is not ours at all… but why is he acting like he is? Why is he claiming it?

I swallowed, trying to calm my heart, but Jay stepped forward before I could say anything.

“Didi,” he said softly. “Can we talk? Just us?”

Talk about what… I asked myself and the weird part was like the crush I had on him suddenly felt like ages ago.

  • The Triplet Alpha's Plumpy Mate    Chapter Seven

~Jay~The ballroom was filled with laughter, clinking glasses, and the low rhyme of music. Yet, despite the golden chandeliers and the glimmering crowd, none of it reached me. None of it mattered. My world had narrowed, had contracted, had shrunk into the sight of her…. Didi. And yet, there she was, hand-in-hand with them. The trio. The Supreme Alphas. Luca. Luke. Leo. My heart thumped erratically in my chest, a rhythm I didn’t recognize, didn’t want to recognize nor do I know the reason I cared at all but I couldn’t ignore. My plan had been simple, elegant even. Reject the bond…walk away. No complications or chaos.Easy or so I had thought. She was never attractive to me or had I any interest in her before but the truth now? Seeing her there, laughing softly, her eyes lighting up even as they hovered between all three of them, it shattered the simplicity. It lit a fire deep within me that I didn’t know existed. And for the first time, I understood why some bonds could not be denie

The cold night air wrapped around my skin like a warning and a promise. And the three Supreme Alphas… my three mates… surrounded me so closely I forgot how to breathe. Luca didn’t let go of my hand. If anything, he held me tighter, like letting go wasn’t an option anymore. Luke stood on my left, sharp eyes watching everything, even my heartbeat. Leo stood on my right, smiling like he was the sun after a storm.I should have been scared…Instead, every nerve in my body lit up like fire and Moon wasn't helping the matter. I could feel it pawning, growling and yearning for more fire. For how long could I endure this torture.“Stop walking,” Luca said suddenly,I froze. All three stopped with me. My heart thumped so loudly I was sure they could hear it. Luca turned first. He moved slowly, like a wolf closing in on prey, but his eyes… his eyes softened wh

~Didi~“Didi, I need to speak to you. Now.” Jay’s fingers wrapped around my wrist, warm and urgent, pulling me toward him and away from the staring crowd. But before I could blink… “Not so fast.” Another hand…bigger, stronger, closed around Jay’s wrist, stopping him cold. I looked up and my breath vanished. Luca. Those dark blue eyes were blazing, glowing like a storm waking up. And for the first time tonight, true fear crawled up my spine. They couldn’t fight, not because of me, they couldn’t. I squeezed my eyes shut, refusing to look at the circle the crowd was forming around us, refusing to witness the disaster about to unfold. Then Luca growled…low, dangerous, final.“No one touches what’s mine. Let go!” My eyes snapped open just in time to see Jay’s face turn crimson with rage… or embarrassment. I wasn’t sure. My palms were sweating. My heartbeat was breakdancing in my chest, I should say something.Anything…but my mouth suddenly felt like I swallowed the Sahara Desert.“You…” H

~~Luca~~I didn’t even want to come here today. But losing a stupid game of rock paper scissors to my brothers meant I had to show up. Triplets, yeah. Same face, different attitude. And somehow, I got stuck as the “representative” at this pack’s fancy ball.Lucky me.My brothers are annoying as hell, and if there’s one thing they love more than teasing me, it’s making me suffer through boring ceremonies like this.So yeah, I came here already pissed. What I didn’t expect… was her.The moment she walked in, everything else went quiet. My wolf who barely reacts to anything went insane. Her scent hit like lightning. Sweet. Warm. Wild. It wrapped around me, and I swear the air changed.I just stood there, watching her. Waiting for her to notice me too.But she didn’t. Her eyes were only on the couple by the dancing floor area… why though. She walked in like she was trying to disappear, shoulders tense, smile forced. • The Triplet Alpha's Plumpy Mate    Chapter Two

DidiTonight was supposed to be magical. But the magic faded away when I find out I was being rejected even before I find out about the mate bond. Jay’s coming-of-age ball the night he officially became the alpha-to-be. Every she-wolf in the pack had been talking about it for weeks. Dresses, perfumes, hair, makeup… it was like our own version of the Oscars, except with more fur and fewer speeches.I stood in front of my mirror, tugging on the sleeves of my gown. It was a soft silver color that shimmered under the light not bad, really. It hugged my curves a little too honestly, but at least it didn’t make me look like a walking cupcake.I sighed and stared at my reflection. My hair was done, my makeup was… decent, and yet my stomach twisted like I’d swallowed butterflies dipped in anxiety.“Moon,” I called out quietly, trying to sound calm. “Do you think… we’re going to feel pain if we get rejected?”My wolf stirred gently inside me, her tone calm but unsure. I doubt it, she said afte
