CHAPTER 19

ADELIA'S POV 

Days turned into weeks, Ivan and  I had not still made up. We continued avoiding each other, sometimes I did not even see him at work. 

On a Thursday morning I came to work and there were flowers on my desk. I was awwed,surprised and  at the same time wondering who sent me the flowers 

Could it be a secret admirer?

There was a card in it. I opened it and it read

I'm sorry about last week let me make it up to you by taking you out on a date

So Ivan could be this thoughtful and all these while he was pretending like he didn't care. I felt two hands on my waist, I didn't need a magician to tell me who it was,I know that scent anywhere,anytime, anyday

He was the first to speak

"I'm sorry" he said

"How long did it take you to realise your mistake, a week?"

"I'll admit I was a jerk, I'm not used to this, it's a first for me and that's why I'm here" he said l
