The luna watched her son and his mate from her window.

In the earliest weeks, she was scared, scared that Caius wouldn't own up to his obligation but it seemed she had worried for nothing. And oh, his school had sent his letter of indefinite suspension and after getting the whole story, the luna didn't give a shit about the suspension but would talk to her mate about the ethics of the school. The students were bullying a pregnant student and all of the teachers turned a blind eye to it but suddenly knew what to do when another student did something about what they turned a blind eye to.

The students and teachers are shit, Astra concluded. If these same students are the future of their pack, it was a concerning call, a matter that weighed heavily on her heart. After all what Izan had done to keep the pack safe, to prove himself worthy of being a leader, some untrained shits and bigoted shits want to ruin it for him. Well, that was a topic for later.
