Chapter 2

LEVIAS'S POV

I am Levias Mile not ur typical 20 year guy who will be enjoying his life with his family and having a carefree school and romantic life.

I am what some people who know me call -- HELL. I don't like people to meddle in my business and bitches who want me for ulterior motives.

I have a lot of wealth under me more than u can imagine and I can end ur life with just a snap of my finger so don't dare to mess with me cause the moment u do so u will be a dead person for sure and I am a man of my words.

I have a mafia of my own. Even though my father has one I want to make my own all by myself.

We are known as

NIGHT KILLERS

cause most of our missions are completed at night. We are the number one mafia in the world.

My dad's mafia is number 2 known as 

DEADLY KNIGHTS

There is also another mafia which is at number 2 but its leader is unknown and no one knows a thing about him, no information can be found about him no matter how much u try.

We don't even know if he is actually HE or SHE.

Coming back to reality I am sitting in my customized jeep waiting for my gang to show up.

I was clearly losing my patience now. We are already late for school and they still are not coming out.

Well, you heard me right... I am a senior and I have to go to that place u call THE SCHOOL to find someone and get my revenge.

It all might be confusing to you but you will slowly know the reason why a mafia king is going to school.

The gang finally showed up and without even glancing at me get themselves seated except Issac as he will be driving his bike today.

Riley and Julia were talking about how they will make new friends and Ethan was telling how no one will talk with them cause they are so ugly.

Due to their constant bickering, I was unable to concentrate on driving.

Along with the headache I was having due to last night as I had quite a lot of drinks, it was making my mood even worse.

WILL U SHUT THE FUÇK UP???

Not being able to handle their constant nonsense, I barked out loud frustrated by them.

Veins were popping from my neck and my hands holding the steering wheel were pale from being held tight.

Seeing me that angry they immediately shut their mouths and avoided my gaze either looking out, down anything but me.

I was finally able to have the silence I wanted, I wonder how I become friends with these dumbers.

We reached school in about 10 minutes as it's not that far from where we live.

The parking lot was literally packed barely having enough space to park. Somehow I found a place and parked there. After that I got out to wait for Issac whom will be here anytime now.

He arrived after 2 minutes. Without waiting any time we all made our way to the entrance.

Just as we entered the hall we got surrounded by the students as if we were some aliens.

I really hate being surrounded and my whole gang knew that. So they started moving fast but the girls were still winking and waving at the students clearly enjoying all the attention.

My eyes caught sight of a girl who had just turned and started moving away from the crowd. I couldn't see her face properly just her brown hair. I couldn't explain how I felt toward her it was something different and I have never felt that way before and that too just by a simple glimpse.

Ignoring the thing I felt towards her I made my way to the reception area to complete all the formalities.

Well, we completed all the formalities and got our schedule, and guess what we all were having the same classes not a surprise though as it was arranged beforehand.

We made our way to the first class that was Maths and that's seriously some ugly subject to start the day with.

Issac opened the door using his legs and went inside followed by us.

The teacher looked scared from the sudden noise but composing himself he asked.

(Mr.JOE)

*clears his throat*

Oh, so u are the new transfer students?

I nodded without even looking at him but observing others.

(Mr. JOE)

Why don't u introduce yourself to the class?

I didn't say anything, just let the others do the talking.

While they introduced themselves I started looking at the students and I stopped when I saw the brown-haired girl from before her head was down not looking interested in whatever was happening around her.

I was brought back from my trance when Julia called my name and warned the class not to mess with me.

I smirked listening to her and when she finished, Issac and Ethan started walking to the vacant seats with the girls behind them and then me.

When I came near her she looked up and when our eyes met I was completely lost in them but didn't show the effect she had on me instead I tried to figure her out. I was sure she was hiding something and I was ready to figure that out. Her eyes were mysterious hiding many things that I am sure to find.

Breaking the moment I went to sit behind her, the only seat vacant.

Riley was the first one to start the conversation with her.

But somehow I felt the girl wasn't interested in talking instead she was faking it.

(RILEY)

Hey, I am Riley.

I think we are gonna be good friends.

She murmured something in a very low voice that I couldn't make out.

She turned to Riley and answered with a smile that didn't reach her eyes in other words a fake smile.

You can call me Neet.

(JULIA)

I am Julia and by the way, you have a nice name.

Julia my cousin said with a smile and by the look of it she already likes the brown-haired girl, Ahm. I mean Neet.

*turning to Julia*

When the bell rang she quickly stood from her seat and literary ran out of the room like someone was chasing her. I was surprised to see that she can walk so fast without tripping.

Seeing her escape like this I was even more eager to know all the secrets she was carrying which made her ignore us. I just have to make her stay close to me and that will be easily done by girls as they have already taken a liking to her.

*while chuckling*

Wow, she sure can walk quickly.

(RILEY)

Now I am even more sure to be her friend.

She said while nodding her head vigorously. It will be easy to figure her out if she will spend her time with them but do I seriously want an unknown girl near any of us...I don't think so.

So I guess all the •FIGURING OUT• part is to be left aside for the time being.

Why do u guys want to be her friends so bad?

(JULIA)

Instead of becoming our friend to get close to u guys she just ignored us.

(RILEY)

and she didn't even look at you guys in short she wasn't charmed by your looks unlike other bitches.

(JULIA)

That type of girl should be our friend.

(RILEY)

Definitely...

It's really hard to understand these girls and their logic.

——SKIPPING TO LUNCH BREAK——

I haven't seen Neet once since the first period and I was wondering has she bunked school or something but quickly shake away the idea as she didn't seem like one to miss any class, u know a nerd or something like that. But appearance can be deceptive...Same way I can't say anything about her cause for now she is a mystery.

I and the gang (friends) made our way to the cafeteria only to be greeted by laughter from the students.

I saw Neet sitting on her seat in the far corner cover with some liquid substance and some girls behind her one of them was holding an empty glass in her hand smirking, clearly enjoying her condition. I couldn't see Neet's face as her hair were sticking to her face cause of whatever the liquid was.

I don't know why but I so badly wanted to wipe the smirk off the girls face but controlled myself.

I don't know why I felt the sudden urge.

Neet stood from her seat probably moving toward the exit but she got pulled back by her arm by the same girl.

The sound of the slap could be heard in the whole cafeteria. The impact of the slap made her fall on the ground and she started shaking most probably crying.

I just watched all this happening with a blank face whereas inside I was thinking otherwise.

The girls wanted to help her but Issac and Ethan stopped them.

I was sure that they were having some doubts against her that's why they stopped the girls.

Neet stood from her seat and ran towards the exit without looking back.

At that time the girls decided to chase after her not before freeing themselves from the boys.

Don't u think there is something wrong about her?

(ETHAN)

I also had the same feeling when she ran from the class. It's like she is avoiding us on purpose like she knows who we are and her fall right now didn't seem to be cause of slap. It felt like she made herself fall just to look weak.

(LEVIAS)

Have someone to investigate her.

Nothing should be left out.

I just nodded and made my way to the exit having many thoughts running in my mind.

For now I am sure I am not gonna play
