Arriving back in the Kingdom, I head straight into town. I know who I am looking for, and I know they will get this job done for me. Usually, I am a very social King, and I stop and greet all my people as I walk through town. Today is not the case. They don’t take it personally when I have a day of seriousness; instead, they help me more. Chapter 25- Lawler POVWe watch as Brogan gets in his car and heads into town for his day of work or to meet his mistress. A while later, we watch the kids fly off the porch into the street. Elnora sits on the porch, slightly off-color, with an ill appearance that has taken over her. “Theo,” I call in my mind link across the property, “Yes, sir” “Can you get a good look at Elnora’s mark?” “From my position, it looks red and inflamed, almost like it is infected.
