Jasmine

The hush that had fallen was soon broken by Micheal but with silence as his hand moved to point at the glowing moon that now had a red spot visible on it, the mark standing out in the glow of the moon itself but looking terrifying and so red that it looked almost....black.

"It's the blood moon," The utterance from Archer washed away the question I was about to ask before it even left my mouth.

"And why did it affect Micheal this way and why were you stopping me from going toward him ?" My eyes did not move from starting at the moon which now became a strange attraction for me as if it was a mystery of the night that showed up in the sky but did not reveal itself completely.

My feet automatically led me closer to the window, I settled my hand on the edge, and a gust of wind brushed past me as my eyes fixated their gaze on the moon.

"It's the blood moon, Jasmine. The strongest yet hardest week for the predators comes once in a year and none can tell how stronger it might turn
