“How do you think she would feel knowing she lost her husband on the same day she had twins? I heard they had been expecting a child for ten years.” The senior nurse, Naomi explained to me. I looked over at the woman lying on the bed with a drip connected to her wrist. I felt bad for her. I wish we were also able to save her husband.

After we were done attending to her, Naomi and I walked out.

“What about Mrs Robinson? Is she responding to treatment now?” She asked.

I paused. Mrs Robinson was the last patient needed for my promotion to be signed. However, she hadn't been responding to treatment instead, she talked about her son.

“No, she is the same,” I said.

“You should look for her son, I think he is needed for the development of her health,” Naomi advised and I nodded. Aside from the promotion, Mrs Robinson’s health was paramount to me as my patient. I would look for her son and then punch him in the head for ignoring his mother.
