Chapter 6

It was still brunch when the bell rings ‘ugh lets get this day going’ I say once the next 2 classes were over it was then lunch time I waited for everyone I ended up finding a table to sit all of us by the spot. Jackie and Brian got there then Juan and Fanny then finally JC, we joked around and ate lunch when JC mind links me ‘hey can we talk in private?’ ‘yeah sure’ I say I mind link Jackie and Fanny 'I'll be right back he wants to talk to me' they both nod and get back to their conversation. We walk towards the field and sit on the bench 'so what's up?' I ask 'I want to talk about what happened at the mall' he says 'I thought we said to forget about it...?' I say biting my bottom lip 'yes I know we said that but I can't stop thinking about that and I think you also have thought about it too' he says I didn't say anything I was mostly surprised he even wanted to talk about it because why is JC the Alpha's son want to talk about our interaction doesn't he have a girlfriend 'Please say something' he says getting me out of my thoughts 'I don't know what to say it was just a one time thing it happened out of nowhere so it won't happen again' I say 'I don't think it happened randomly Kat I know when I touch you even the slightest you feel that tingle' he says scooting closer to me 'I don't know what you're talking about' I start to get up, he grabs my wrist to stop me from leaving 'I know you feel it because I feel it too and it's driving me insane that I can't have you near me all the time' he says I freeze in place shocked of his confession the bell for class rings 'I uh have to go I'm going to be late for class' I turn to look at him 'that can wait' he growls walking the opposite way pulling me behind him 'wait JC where are we going? I have an important class to go to' I say trying to get off from his grip. 'To my car we need to go somewhere that no one can disturb us' I gave up trying and went along he finally let go when I told him I'll go wherever he wanted to take me when he let me go we were at the entrance of the school Jackie was close by so I mind link her ' Help he's trying to kidnap me' I say 'you both have to resolve your feelings because we all aren't blind you both like each other whether you admit it or not you like him you are scared he'll use you like your ex did so go with him I'll take your car and the homework for your classes you'll miss the good thing Fanny and I are going to your house after school so you can tell us what happened after plus Fanny will pick jake up from the babysiter you are in good hands' she says 'wait you took my keys?! I ask JC 'yeah princess your friends helped me I gave it to Brian and he gave it to Jackie before we left I had to get you away from everyone' he says with a smirk on his face 'where are we even going and why do we have to walk there? couldn't we have taken my car ?' I ask I stop walking at that point i see he also stopped walking and turns around walking towards me 'wait what are you doing?' I say stepping back and he just throws me over his shoulder and keeps walking to the same direction we were going 'JC put me down or I'll put you down!' I yell ' no you won't he scoffs ' fine then' I say. I wrap my right arm to his neck in a tight neck hold causing both of us to fall on the ground, I punch his stomach from the side he lets go of me and I quickly roll away from him to get up he grabs my shoulder trying to pull me back I grab his arm and flip him over my shoulder towards the ground and I go on top of him 'don't under estimate the power of THE Venom Vixen sweet heart' I say, I get off of him and put my hand out to help him get up. We continue walking and we get to JC's car. He droves off and we head towards Saratoga which was about a 45 minute drive 'so you really aren't going to tell me where we are going?' I ask 'you'll see when we get there its a 45 min drive so get comfy it'll be a while' he says I sigh and looked out the window after like a few minutes I fell asleep. 'Princess we are here' JC says as I wake up to wind blowing towards me, I noticed I was no longer in the car but in JC's arms JC was carrying me bridal style 'I can walk JC let me down' I say rubbing my eyes. JC puts me on my feet and we were walking down a hill 'where are we?' I ask as I was looking around 'This is the Sanborn park I usually come here to stretch my legs and be on my own for a little' he says 'oh but isn't the park more up hill? I ask. He nods, he didn't say much more after that we kept walking along the trail the air was very refreshing it was slightly cold but because we are wolves we don't get cold, the smell of wet dirt and trees just fells so good to inhale into my lungs there were trees everywhere, moss on the rocks we went over to get to the small river.  We had to jump over to get to the other side of the river to continue the trail. We walked another mile on the trail when we stumble upon a cabin it was near a waterfall and the view from it was beautiful. 'This is my father's cabin he used to come down here with my mom when I was younger to stay the night away from the pack when we all needed alone time' he says 'it's very beautiful if this cabin was mine I would come down here all the time' I said walking into the cabin. As you walk in its the living room  with the small couch and individual couch on the left side and the kitchen on the right side with a small dining table and window looking out the view outside walking stright down from the entrance theres a small hallway takes you to the first bedroom king size bed desk and a walk-in closet next to the closet theres a door to go into the bathroom which takes you to the other side of the house which is another bedroom basically sharing the bathroom dividing the bathroom with 2 doors one door towards JC's parents bedroom and the other door taking you to JC's bedrooms and another door that you can go through without entering both bedrooms. We finally go to his room he had drawings on his wall it was also a big bedroom he had a desk with a desktop computer with a monitor, sketch notebooks with pensils and color pensils on the side. I walk over and see his sketchpad and saw lots of drawings of nature, wolves, the moon and finally the last page I turned was a sketch of my face.
