6. *DINNER WITH MOM

2022-02-05 14:38:17Later that evening Tala had her dinner with her mom. They went to their favorite seafood restuarant right by their apartment. It is nice to get out but still not have to worry abour driving.
" So Tell me about her, I saw she bought you flowers the other night for you date. That was romantic and she picked you up too. So whats her name? When will you see her again? Do I get to meet her ?' " Well her name is Luna, she's a bit mysterious but so amazing we really seem to e a good match. Maybe I could have her over for dinner later ths week if that's ok. " said Tala. " Absolutly I will I'll plan something amazing. " said her mom . " I know you will you always do. I wonder if it is because you're a kitchen witch. " They both laughed.
"So Mom I do need to ask you because you are an elder witch and know so much more than I do right now. The other night on our date some men walked up by us agressively calling us dikes and saying we were a waste. It upset me but something strange happened right as this was going on. It made me so confused and baffled. Iad never seen anything like it before."
"Baby ? What happened? She didn't ty to fight them or anything did she?"
" No mom not that?e got so angry and her eyes turned into this perdiot green." said Tala
Her mothers jaw dropped! " Are you sure she ?'' said very scared. Tala could hear the fear in her mothers voice and see it on her face. She had never seen her mother scared before. Witches usually arent especially with her amount for power.
"Mama what is it. Why did her eyes turn green? Have you seen this happen before? Is she supernatural like us? Another type of witch?"
" I think it's better if I show you" said her mom. They asked for the check and paid going straight home after. Tala could feel the shift in her mothers energy. They got home and her mom went straight to he family collection of Book of Shadows. Se began flipping through pages. Setting the book on the table opened to a page aout werewolves in front of her. But it didn't stop with one book. Her mom had aout a 1/2dozen books all opened. " Now my sweet child start reading study these books. When you're finished I will be here for any questions you may have. I love you everything will be just fine." Tala stayed up all night not only reading in teir book of shadows but anything that didn't seem like fiction online. The morning came fast. Her mom walked in with freshly made coffee and a little breakfast cake for her. "Well baby , how did it go? Do you understand why I'm scared now. I'll get you silver jewlery and we can do a protection spell later tonight ok. " " Mom she's not going to hurt me. This probably isn't even what it is though. Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me.--
