Babe's POV
Tommy and Pinky soon returned back to Hera's mansion and when they did, Pinky's face was swollen. She had obviously cried her eyes out. She was a pitiful little cousin of mine and I could understand how she felt.
We all sat down at the dining area to goof around and make jokes. We talked about a lot of things and the conversation of Pinky's friendship with Maj came up and my cousin had to explain herself.
"I didn't befriend her because I wanted to," She stomped her feet on the ground.
"You were always with her even if she only waved at you. It was as if you were worshipping the ground she walked on,"
Pinky groaned and glared at Tommy.
THE END, EVERYONE. OKAY! IM KIDDING. Go to the next chapter
Babe's POVMy eyes snapped open as beads of sweat run down my face, I lifted my top to clean it off my face only to discover my top was also drenched in sweat. My heart was pounding heavily.I stood up and opened my window to allow fresh morning air as I grumbled about whoever it was that closed my window at a season like this. The sun shone brightly through the window and I had to first block the sun rays from entering my eyes.Could it be my aunt or Pinky?I stopped in my tracks when I discovered the room was different. It wasn't the room I was using in my aunt's place. Why does this place look like my previous room at my mom's house?I stumbled into the bathroom and realized it
Babe's POV (FIVE YEARS LATER)Paradise Creek was just a regular small town in Hamilton and this, I found out after finally visiting the town in December the next year. My mom finally let me visit since I already finished high school and I was lucky enough to graduate as my school's valedictorian. When I got to Paradise Creek, the first thing I did was visit Pinky's grave to get rid of the doubt in my mind and after four years, the tears came rolling. She had been buried beside my aunt in Paradise Creek.I visited where the school would have been and found out it was just a regular high school, there was nothing extravagant about it. There were only small houses in the town as it was majorly occupied by the older part of the population. My visit did not yield anything good,

Babe's POV Paradise Creek' The car drove past the signboard and I heaved a huge sigh of relief because we were almost at our destination. I can't really say if it's good to be back in this community or not. It's been over four years since I left. I hope everything is still the same. I hope he still remembers me. I turned my attention from the window to study my best friend, Fred who was busy singing along to Taylor Swift's song so loudly his vocal cords could get ripped off. He didn't care, he just wanted to show his love for the music. 🎶You've got that long hair slick back, white t-shirt And I
Babe's POV Fred and I didn't talk about what happened earlier till we got to the house. Since the rest of the trip was less than fifteen minutes, Fred decided to drive while I sat beside him. "Promise me you'll be fine," he asked as he stopped the car in front of the house. I was speechless as I couldn't give him a straight answer. I never felt this empty in my whole existence. I actually didn't think I would feel this way before I left home but now that I was here, it's clear that I'm going to miss him and our friends at school and in the neighborhood. "I promise" My eyes swollen with tears, ones that I was too afraid to let them drop. "Call me if anyone does anything you don't l
Hunter's POV Without thoughts of remorse, I entered the store and waited right behind the counter, for the right moment to attack. Confronting him while everyone was here would be too dangerous. I slipped into a corner and waited till one customer was left, I rested my back against my wall while I kept on monitoring him. Once our eyes met, the smile on his face vanished, he knew who I was, he could smell what I was from a distance and he was aware of who sent me. His hand was shaking as he calculated the price of the customer's goods. He was trying to keep a straight face, trying to let the person think he was perfect but no, he wasn't, he's too fucked up to be perfect. As soon as the customer made a move to leave, I quietly followe
Babe's POV McVegas' high school might be one of the most prestigious high schools I've seen in my whole seventeen years of experience of what the world is like. As I stepped out of Pinky's car about a few seconds ago, I stood rooted at a spot, mouth half-opened and eyes about to bulge out of its socket. Surprise is an understatement. I was bewildered and dumbfounded. The size of the school was as wide as that of two neighborhoods with structures at every point and corner but with a wide guess, you'll realize the buildings connect. A fountain was right in the middle of the school and its landscape was so beautiful I could barely breathe. "Welcome to McVegas' hi
Babe's POV As soon as the English class ended, I ran out of the class not only in search of the locker area but also to avoid the stares and questions. The distinction between the lockers was different, ranging from pink lockers to blue to yellow. It is so obvious that the students decided to paint their lockers and decorate them the way they want. I opened the locker and put some of my valuables in it before I locked it and placed my bag properly on my shoulder, ready to go in search of my next class; Physics. Luckily enough, I was able to get to the class before anyone else and I sat at a desk closest to the window, not ready to disturb anyone with my business.
