Hunter's POV
I knew something was wrong with Babe even though she said she was fine but that wasn't the problem. The problem I have right now is why she reeks of Liam Andino.
My nose flared up throughout the journey to her place. As she wrapped her hands around my torso, that was like a sign from her for me to calm down. My wolf was upset, and on edge, I hope I'm able to control it by the time we stop.
My wolf might not be as beastly as me and the way he reacts to Babe gives me concern especially when she's with other guys and smells of them as well.
The first day I saw her at the pub on the outskirts of town, I could smell the guy she was with all over her body and that made me upset.

Babe's POV The next morning in school, Hunter avoided me like a plague. He had always appeared in my line of vision since I stepped foot into McVegas' high but not anymore.
