The howling from the distance became even stronger and piercing and as I picked up my pace, it became even more violent. Something was not right. I followed Roger’s scent until it ultimately led me to an old cabin hidden in the depths of the woods.

I noticed the moon finally edged it’s away above into the night sky and I’m pretty sure, once a single filament of moonlight hits Roger’s skin, the wolfblood running in his veins would immediately react in such a violent seizure. He would begin the lunar awakening and I want to make sure I’m there when it happens. Most mortal humans who manages to survive the incubation period doesn’t do pretty well when they undergo their very first transformation. It’s a difficult process.
